The beef chutney was really hot, but perfect if you're into that. Get the saffron pulao to help take the edge off the heat. The meva ki kulfi was three little servings of ice cream: just enough after a meal to keep from feeling like you're gonna pop! The only downside to this place is its awkward location on Kingsway. I have been fortunate to try many Indian dishes both here and abroad and this place does nothing more than impersonate and that's it. The rice was similarly tasteless and mushy like it had been re-cooked and served all week long. The mint sauce was so runny and tasteless it was no longer mint flavoured and could have passed for green speckled water. My guess it may have changed management and these people are hosing down meals in an effort to cut costs. I will certainly not use them again, and would never recommend them. Just be aware they may also have changed their name so don't be fooled by that either. If you really feel like some Indian tonight, choose any other place. Not this one.
