I typically order seafood - things like XO pippies with vermicelli, steamed fish, fried squid, crab etc. - it's always tasty, consistent and worth returning for. If you're unsure of what or how much to order, ask the waitstaff. A guy called Andrew helped me out but the whole team in general are so friendly and give great suggestions. This place has soooooo much flavour it in their soup that you forget that the idea of the liquid is more than just keeping the ingredients hot and in suspension. I came across this place because some work colleagues said it was better than Phó Ann (which also used to be their favourite Phó go to shop). At $9.50 a bowl it is a bargain for Sydney prices and about 45% cheaper than the famous Phó Ann at Bankstown. Not only that but it is located near the train station at the Flemington markets and parking was also easy to get nearby. The reason I was surprised, is because the restaurant does not look like much. Outdated fitout and very unassuming. The service was reasonable and I did feel sorry for the other two tables with us upstairs, as we were a noisy group with kids and they were small tables of 3 and 4. I would recommend Eaton for their seafood and their pricing was reasonable. Certainly compared to the city/Chinatown Restaurants. Also heard they are open till 2am!
