I have been charge twice for water because the person at the counter cant write out a receipt correctly, therefore add charges to my account instead of showed it was paid. Verbally told I could pay my account (rental fee) when I come in to pick up more water and over a year later get a bill with "late fee" charges. Partial my fault but after a year if you are going to go to change your practices, let your customers know. And last straw - asked if they had online payment and told unfortunately "no" but then my payment (cashiers check) conveniently gets lost somewhere between the post office and their store. So, double charge water $11. 2 month late fee $10. Lost payment and late fee $17..Total $38 of extra charge!! in a year and a half time. This driver sprayed our property with dust and gravel. I contacted the company and reported the incident. I was told I would get a return call. Crickets...no response. And -- the cost is equivalent to buying bottled water at the grocery store -- except you don't have to lug it to and from the car or up stairs etc. The water in Lincoln City is a way over chlorinated, and even something as basic as Alka Seltzer tastes awful -- not to mention soups and iced tea or coffee -- so I had to find a place that offers tastier water -- and this is it. It's RO (reverse osmosis) water, in plastic bottles -- Very helpful guy on the phone makes sign-up a breeze. not much else to say about it. They carry it up, and even lift the 5 gallon water bottle for me! What more could you ask?!

The pricing is very fair. Used to have the service at my work, but when the guy using it retired, it stopped. I contacted the owner to set up home service and rented the dispenser. You just leave your empty bottles outside on the designated day and they pick them up and leave the filled bottles. On the Oregon Coast, it rains, so the bottles were often brought into the garage wet. Also, when it came time to move, we put a note on the empty bottles to be picked up and it said to only leave 3 instead of our usual 4 and 4 was left anyway. Our normal delivery date was 4/22 and we were to be moved out by 4/21, so I figured we would have bottled water on-sight while we moved. I called on 4/17 and was told it would be picked up the next day and there was no refund for a full jug of water, even though we had specifically asked for 1 less jug and they gave us an 4th anyway. Outside of that one issue, I was very pleased with the service. They were always on time and I enjoyed not having to deal with a million plastic bottles every month as well.
