Worst auto tag place ever. I wanted to do a title transfer on my new car. I waited almost a month after waiting for a new title for my new car just for them to lose my bill of sale. So unorganized, this was a waste of time and such a slow process and went to another autotag place. I called in advance to inquire about getting a living will notarized and I took a number and sat down.. my number came up I gave the woman my stuff and than two gentleman came in to look for a title and the woman literally started to help them and ignored me I know they are probably people that come to them all the time bc he literally went behind the counter and started looking with her for the title of the vehicle. it was disrespectful she literally stopped dealing with me to assist him . needless to say I didn't get anything done I left and considering I live around the corner I will never go back there and will never recommend anyone to go there read more

Legit the absolute worst and most incompetent group of individuals that work here. There were two associates there and they open at 9 am, showed up at 9:15 and they aren't even waiting on people because they are still getting set up. They all must be in their 70's and 80's and move slower than snails. There was only one individual there waiting for assistance and I still waited over an hour from the time I arrived until my number was called only to be told I didn't have the needed documents to proceed forward. Yet when I called a few days before I asked about the documents needed and had everything they told me to bring over the phone. The little old lady is yappy and outright rude, she talks over the others associates that are helping other customers and always has to be in everyone else's business. I return over an hour later with the documents I didn't have, then was asked for another document that I was never told to bring. I have no idea how they are still in business. If you're looking to waste your time, definitely head there for services. Don't show up until around 10am though because they open at 9 and need at least a good half hour to get moving. Biggest waste of time. Whoever owns this place needs to step up and get rid of the ignorant people! read more

I'm new to this whole go-to-a-third-party-for-automotive-documentation racket that they have here in Pennsylvania. So, when I had to switch over the title to my motorcycle, I was lead to this place where the process was seamless and really pleasant! Much better than PennDot would ever be! If I had any questions, the lady was super helpful and informed. I didn't have to wait too long and everything turned out really, really well. I couldn't get insurance here as that person left after 5 but I'm sure it's equally great. read more

This place is awful. I had to go here three times and still did not get my auto tag. I was spoken to very condescending. This is my first time moving out of state, and they acted as though I was an idiot for not knowing all the things that I needed. The last time I went, they denied me because of a paper THEY gave me that wasn't filled out correctly (due to their mistake). My husband had asked if that paper was all I needed when they originally gave me the print-out and they did not note anything about needing information altered. When I asked what the issue was, the woman told me very rudely that "If you're notary is legit they should know what to change." I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Langel Auto Tags was extremely disappointing. Trying to register an out of state vehicle is like pulling teeth. They sent out the wrong paperwork, sent it to the wrong place, sent it using the wrong method. To make it worse, they will do these things and then never call you. A complete lack of follow-up or customer care. Completely opposite of proactive work. They offer little guidance or advice for a new resident of PA. While the staff are friendly, their work ethic speaks volumes about how much they do not care. I still do not have my vehicle registered after a month and will be going to a different auto tag location. Do not waste your time here, I do not recommend it! read more

Seriously? I don't think Langel's that hot at all. I went here about 3 years ago (July 2008) to renew two vehicles' registration. These people charge outrageous service fees in addition to the usual charges for completing the transactions. I realize that nearly every notary or service center charges a fee above and beyond what it would cost to deal directly with Penndot, but this place's fees are higher than others. My friend said the place was pretty good and that he and his family had dealt with them multiple times in the past. However, when he went along with me to Langel that day, even HE was SHOCKED at the high fees they charged and admitted that they must have jacked up their prices in recent years. On top of high prices, the service wasn't all that remarkable either. The people that worked there didn't smile much. It was busy that day so we ended up waiting well over an hour to have our transactions completed. The office is low tech and consists of typewriters and the computer monitors that only have two colors on the screen. Maybe if they had better equipment they could have completed my seemingly simple transactions in less time. Overall the experience was a waste of money. After this I purposely drove a few miles further to a different notary with smaller fees. read more

I am sorry that someone else had such a bad experience here, but my husband and I have been here many times over the last few years, sometimes for when we bought a used car and were switching titles, other times for questions/advice such as when we were donating an old car and wanted to be sure it went smoothly. I have even called for advice on the phone about what to put on the memo line for paying our annual registration. We have always been treated with extreme courtesy and kindness. We found all the employees knowledgeable and very helpful. And also extremely patient, since sometimes it takes both me and husband a few tries to understand what we are supposed to do or sign. We would not go anywhere else for any auto tag or notary needs. read more
