Dryers are FREE here and I appreciate that they have committed to this as a part of the service. A laundry attendant will start the dryer for you once you are ready to dry. Since moving to the area from a private home equipped with a washer and dryer, I had to do careful research on where to launder my clothes. I'm extremely picky about how laundry is done. I do not trust dry cleaning services. I've tried it once in life and the results were a joke. They offer laundry delivery service here with their cute vans. This place is modern and clean. A tip that's helpful: For the best wash, do not over stuff the machines. Your clothes will appear as though they've never been washed. Be smart. Don't be cheap. Splurge the extra $1.50 for the appropriate sized machine. The attendants are very kind here and knowledgeable. I've been coming for 2 years now.

However, I used their services several weeks ago and I am missing 6 pairs of my pj's. 2 pairs are beautiful satin pj's which were very expensive and the other 4 pj's although not satin are of excellent quality and were pricey as well. I have called several times and every time I called, I've reached someone who doesn't speak ANY ENGLISH and is beyond unable to communicate with English speaking costumers. Also, I was unable to use the app and unable to use their website (no fault of my own. They are having problems with both) so as a result I had to verbally give out my credit card information! Never will I do this again because ever since this situation, I've been dealing with fraudulent charges and my card had to be blocked by my banking institution!!!!!! In the future I will stop being lazy and just use my own washer and dryer! Avoid this place at all cost!!!!

No matter how big or small the order they seem to get it right. I have gotten winter sweaters, cocktail dresses, evening gowns, spring/winter coats and even the notorious Dry Clean Only Queen size comforters for the bedroom professionally dry cleaned by them. They officiately, quickly get it done all at good fair prices. The owner is very personable and always greets you with a smile on the way in and out. I just recently went in to see if maybe they could fix a zipper on my ski jacket and viola within 2 days done [Friday drop, Monday pickup]. Ski jacket back just in time for the upcoming trip. I got very lucky and the zipper color and sizes matched perfectly to what they had. Thanks so much Smart Set Too Cleaners of East Rockaway, New York for being the best in class when it comes to dry cleaning. My faith has been restored due to you, when it comes to dry cleaning. I encourage everyone to do business with you.

I have used countless Indian tailors previously who have been sloppy and unprofessional, not to mention always late! She is meticulous and if she agrees to get something done by a certain day, it will be done on time. They are both extremely kind, warm people. That being said, I have personally seen many customers come in and be very rude to them, demanding that their items be received in 1-2 days or haggling with them on prices, with complete disregard for their time constraints. Please people, it's rude and embarrassing. Be reasonable and respectful. Highly recommend Lee cleaners!

Got the recommendation to this place from my regular dry cleaning spot, after she turned me down…read morewhen I asked her if she'd launder some towels ruined by the storm surge from Hurricane Sandy. They have 3 ways to get your clothes clean. You can either come in and use the coin-op machines yourself, pay a little more and drop your clothes off and pick them up on a pre-determined day, or (if you live within a certain radius) they will come to pick up your laundry in their van, wash it, and drop it off for you. I dropped by with 5 garbage bags full of seawater-marinated towels, rugs, and other assorted items. After getting looked at funny, and told it would be a week's turnaround given the surge in customers from Sandy, I told them to take their time and I'd be back whenever they asked me to be. 7 days later, $30 out of my pocket, and everything was cleaned and good as new, wrapped up tightly and neatly in large (and sturdy!) plastic bags. These guys are good, and I look forward to using them for large items until my own replacement appliances come in.
