We made a brief pit stop here on our long car ride from Bend to San Francisco just to check out the inside. I was quite impressed with how well it was stocked! They had just about everything and an abundance of it too! I didn't explore Dorris, CA, but wow, the town of ~1000 can actually go through their weekly inventory. I loved how friendly and knowledgeable the girl at the register was. I love exploring small towns and getting insight from the locals. Dollar General really does have the remote areas of the market cornered.

I reccommend using this pharmacy.

Yet they have a surprisingly good selection of a lot of this things. Very good beer, huge selection of wine, lots of fresh coffee beans to choose from, lots of canned tomatoes...Seriously. A ton of canned tomato. In ALL varieties. Odd. Good variety of a lot of things. I have never been in this store with out being drunk or having a hangover. The workers and shoppers are real cool with it too. The women who work there. I don't mean this in a mean way but they all look the same. Long dirty blonde hair, black eyeliner and a genuine tired smile. It was hard getting them right. They've got a dark sense of humor about working at the market that I just love. Super nice, friendly. This is where I shop when I visit my family in McC. Hours are kinda ridiculous. I think It was 9am-7pm. Jeez.

I waited in line while the cashier continued talking with a customer whose transaction was already finished, without acknowledging that I was waiting. This place is a joke . it's pretty sad that at 9am a customer can't get anything from the deli, butcher counter or bakery. In fact if you like as a customer to be looked at and completely ignored then this place is definitely for you. The employees are rude and won't even acknowledge the fact that you're there with so much as a good morning. Clearly customer service isn't their strongest quality. If that's not enough to turn you away, the prices should be...this store should win an award for price gouging...I'm far from broke but I'm not about to get ripped off . Of course if getting taken for the same products you can buy at walmart for less, well have at it. I personally can't stand walmart but it's pretty clear that that's the only place here in town to shop at. I definitely won't recommend Albertsons to anyone sadly

Their home grown meats and ground beef are exceptional and full of flavor. The prices are totally reasonable. If you can't find something, they will order it for you and call you when it arrives. I moved to Klamath Falls and was totally relieved to see that there is one here with the same great service and prices. Not too mention, a bench for a weary soul to sit on while waiting for a ride!
