If I didn't need any more convincing that Albertsons is a real S-show..tying to shop in the morning was it. This place is a joke . it's pretty sad that at 9am a customer can't get anything from the deli, butcher counter or bakery. In fact if you like as a customer to be looked at and completely ignored then this place is definitely for you. The employees are rude and won't even acknowledge the fact that you're there with so much as a good morning. Clearly customer service isn't their strongest quality. If that's not enough to turn you away, the prices should be...this store should win an award for price gouging...I'm far from broke but I'm not about to get ripped off . Of course if getting taken for the same products you can buy at walmart for less,well have at it. I personally can't stand walmart but it's pretty clear that that's the only place here in town to shop at. I definitely won't recommend Albertsons to anyone sadly read more

I just wanted to let people know to not buy the fried chicken from Albertsons in Klamath Falls. It's awful. It's dry, has no flavor, and I feel that the person in the deli gave us 12 pieces and charged us for 8 just to get rid of it. It's sad because I would always buy the fried chicken from my Albertsons store in Santa Maria where I use to live because it was so good. So disappointed in this store. I will never ask for it again because we live an hour away from Klamath and I was expecting it to be as good as I remember and it wasn't and I just tossed it away. 10 dollars in the trash. Stopped during the morning work rush, 7:35. All of the self checkout stations were closed. One of the employees said that they were updating their self checkout stations and that I had to go to register 3. There were 5 people in line, a few with many items in carts. I was buying 3 Gatorades and didn't have the time to wait. Really with all of your employees, you couldn't open another station? Unbelievable! read more

This Albertsons pharmacy staff does NOT care about people needing meds,getting the correct ones to them,giving them CORRECT AMOUNTS,giving correct times,correct prices, let alone giving nice customer service. I'm not asking for top tier I'm just asking for you to do your job and even then I shouldn't have to ask. You should quit if it's that miserable. I had a lady tell me at 1:25 that since I'm five minutes they will be on lunch they cannot help me but if I would have called they could have. And that I can come back at 2 when they are back. I said well I got in line at 1:25 and you guys just helped the woman in front of me mind you it's only 1:27 and I told them I just wanted to check and see if my medicine order was ready since I was already there. She proceeds to laugh at me and start flaring her arms saying I need to leave right now and that they don't deal with attitudes or people who think they are special and that I could call back at 2 and check on it. I respectfully said wow that's how customer service is here and walked away. I proceeded to check out with my groceries at a cashier table and the lady who worked in the pharmacy had followed me over there just to get super close to me and rudely smile like she was proud. MIND YOU THIS IS CHRISTMAS EVE DAY. The day people are supposed to be cheering each other on and gift shopping and being nice and happy but instead I had one of my worst encounters here with an employee. I don't understand how this pharmacy is still running or how the people they having been fired for the way the talk/treat people. I work in customer service my self and not matter the circumstances you are taught to never treat someone that way and it should also just be human decency. Sad to me that this place has gone so down hill and so many people don't care about their jobs. Every other Albertsons outside Klamath has been easy peasy and very friendly. YOU CAN DO BETTER. I know Albertsons isn't the cheapest store in Klamath, but they are OUTSTANDING in customer service! I recently started using their app & wasn't sure how to clip & use the coupons. At check out Robin was so patient & nice! She made sure I had done it correctly & added one that I missed. She wasn't grumpy or rude, but quite the opposite. And it's Christmas Eve! The store was a mad house! Another thing I really love about Albertsons, is you don't have to worry they're not going to have enough of the items on sale... they always do & I appreciate that immensely ! read more

Lovely little store with very friendly cashiers. Nice and clean store, lots of parking.

I had to greet the cashier. Then she mumbled something, and I said "Pardon?" Unresponsive, she simply read me the price and put my heavy items into a single, tissue thin bag which tore on the way to the car. A someone who's worked in grocery stores before, I give you this advice: Train your employees in people skills. At least tell them to say "Hello" Jesus. read more

Definately a regular Albertson's. But it really sucked they didn't have a health food section. I found some Gluten Free Waffles in frozen foods, and the ethnic area was probably the second best area to look. I used self check out and of course the computer halted and said I needed to wait for assistance. No one was there to help so I had to leave my stuff after about 5 minutes and find someone who didn't even call for help, but he got me through somehow. They meat department was eager to help with stuff though. read more

I bought a sheet cake and some cupcakes....was about noon, needed the cake for a potluck later in the day. I liked the fact the cake came with a special plastic knife for cutting and serving. Only problem that was the deal breaker is the cake and the cupcakes were frozen. Frozen!! if you are going to freeze your cakes, please defrost before you set out for sale because someone might just need to use that product right away and dont have a couple hours to set it out to defrost...you can at least do that part. Cupcakes were good once you got over the fact the whole center was frozen solid, frosting was good and buttery. Huge cake had a chance to defrost, so it was fine, whipped cream frosting was perfect, not too sweet and didnt run all over the place. I noticed a marked lack of employee presence in the store, no one to ask if you needed help. read more

I gave the checker $50 bill and gave me change for a $20, I said something to her she I didn't, so it cost me $41.00 for cookies never again will I shop there, I had just came from the bank , she would not get the manager for me. read more

Went in to rite aid today to get my flu shot. After an hour of sitting in the waiting area I asked an associate how much longer I would be waiting. I was rudely informed my name had been called twice. I know what my name sounds like, and had not moved from my seat, I did not notice anyone come out and say my name. After another 30 minutes of waiting, customers who arrived after me were being called up for their flu shot. I left and headed over to Albertsons. The staff was very pleasant and the pharmacist was more than helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes at Albertsons. read more

Store is OK. Not the best in town, but OK for groceries if you are in a hurry. Pharmacy however is the worst I have ever experienced, even worse than Walmart. Disconnected and uncaring employees, mistakes in entry of data, always behind. Untrained on their computer system, don't know how to properly bill Medicare supplements. Often refuse to answer the phone. read more

Meat department lacks customer service skills. The old female employee we dealt with today was quite rude and annoyed with us for asking her where the rib eye roasts were. This is the second time we have been treated badly by the same employee. I thought helping customers is the job of all Albertsons employees. After being treated so badly at Albertsons, we put all of our items back and left the store. We purchased our groceries at a different grocery store with great customer service. Albertsons should consider hiring people who enjoy working with people. Working in a grocery store is a service position that involves interacting with people. Some customer service training for the old female employee in the meat department would go a long way. read more

After at least 12 years of using this pharmacy and getting the best customer service all the, new in the last 2 years except 1, employees were extremely rude to me and my insurance company. After wasting at least 2 hours of our time, the problem ended up being on the pharmacy end and the way they were entering my prescription. We never stop learning in our jobs and I'm glad my insurance company could teach them something new. They will never admit or take responsibility for their mistake, but we know. read more
