I placed my order and their team was quick in sending them out which I really appreciated! When they arrived, the size I thought would fit didn't fit, so I emailed the owner inquiring an exchange. They were so gracious to send me the correct size and made the process very easy. I haven't had excellent customer service like this in awhile and they caught my attention, even from it being an online purchase. When I wear these sandals I will remember this positive experience.

So, I decided to give it a shot. I must admit it sounded wayyy too good to be true. She also told us that she could make my fiancé's suit. At that very 1st visit she took our measurements. We left not knowing exactly we were going to get, even kind of nervous. But hopeful at the same time. She was very quick, and we went in for our 1st fitting. My fiancé's jacket and vest looked great, and fit him just about perfectly at the 1st fitting. I must admit I wasn't happy with my dress at all... here's where I went into freak out mode. Yani pretty much told me to trust the process. Since I had never had a custom dress made... i did not trust the process at all. When I came back for the next fitting, I can tell you that all my stress was for nothing. The dress was almost perfect. I was like... YES! This is so much better. By my last fitting the dress was perfect. Absolutely perfect! This past weekend was our wedding. I got so many complements on my dress. It fit perfectly. You can tell it was made just for me. I am very short and it didn't drag the ground at all. At the end of the night, I didn't even want to take it off. I want to wear it again. I'm said that it was just for that occasion. Someone give me some ideas on how and when I can wear this beautiful dress again. LOL

I've walked by this store multiple times due to its location. Never thought to look in here . . …read more until I was shopping for a dress for a specific occasion. Striking out everywhere, I thought I'd stop in here since I was in the area. Knowing I was going to be in this general vicinity, I pulled up their website prior to my venturing out to see the style and potential collection of clothing (specifically dresses) that they carry. Looked promising, so I was hopeful when I walked in the door. Meh. Nothing that I saw on the website was on any rack, and what was on the rack was extremely dull -- styles were odd, fabrics and patterns were not flattering. I didn't even find one item to try on, as I was completely unimpressed with everything I saw (including some pretty steep prices considering the garment). It didn't help that not one of the three employees in the store that day even greeted me when I walked in. I didn't hear one word out of any of them, as I walked back and forth through the store for at least 15 minutes (and, mind you, I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time). Move on. Nothing to see here.

Had a great initial in person conversation with the manager and she told us to ask for her when we…read moremade an appointment. Made an appointment twice. Both times, said manager ended up not being there on the day she promised to be there. They even claimed to not have our appointment, even though I had an email and text confirmation. When another associate "helped" us instead, he could not give a straight answer on anything. (ie. "Do you have an exact matching tie to this suit, yes or no?" He would say yes and then say no.) Overall very disappointed and will be taking our business elsewhere.
