Yesterday, I spent over an hour being sized for bras and trying them on with the help of Angela. She was so wise and knows the bra styles so well that she helped me find numerous styles that fit my body and today as I wear the first one. I am so happy to finally wear a bra that fits and is comfortable. I can't thank her enough. The other staff were also very friendly. They had most of my sizes in the colors I wanted and if they didn't, we were able to order them and I'll get free shipping to my home. The store was clean. the dressing room was clean but it was a little hot. Unfortunately you can't call the store and find out when they're open but I think they open by 10 AM. I was so glad I found this location. I always hesitate to go to a lane, Bryant. I have always had a bad experience at these stores. I said to myself, ok, let's see what this time is like. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. A gentleman approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. He was attentive, listened to my concerns, and got me several outfits for my needs; he suggested I try different things I would never have tried. The experience was like having my personal shopper just for me. I left with several outfits and an online order. I definitely will come back and tell my friends about this location. read more

Full disclaimer : I've been here a few times with my wife, my mom, and friends. No, I don't buy clothes for myself here. ;) The place is pretty cool, it's split into two areas that share one large counter. One area is for underwear and one for outerwear. The dressing rooms are at the back center behind the large counter (if you missed it). You'll be greeted and offered help pretty quickly. The customer service here is excellent. They do measuring, fitting, help with items, information, personal opinion, shopping and fashion ideas... seriously, the people here know what they're doing They only really have 2 large chairs for seating, so if it's a busy day or there's some kind of event, you might have to wait for a seat. Speaking of, they're not really very comfortable, so if you're going to be there for 3 hours watching the girls try on clothes, I recommend a blanket and a pillow. The music kept it interesting and I didn't hear a song more than once (whew!) and it wasn't Christmas music... but it's loud and will be audible even with the best headphones (i've tried). I knocked off a star since it didn't have a bar, coffee, or snacks and the chair that could be softer.. which i guess isn't out of line for a clothing store, and i even kind of feel bad about it. tips : 1. they don't carry petites in the store anymore, they'll have to order them. 2. they ship to your home. 3. shipping is free. i'll have to go back... unless Garland gets wiped away in a deluge. read more

Is wore I would never come back here. I walked in here and I get the classic "I love your hair!" I mean really? Can you come up with anything else to get my business. After that the girls just start talking amongst theirselves. After that several customers can run and they asked how they could help them and told them about every sale in the store. This has happened to me so many times here. I guess I did t look like I had money to them. I have never felt so unwanted as a customer. Never again. I had about 400 dollars worth of stuff in my hand and put it down and left. read more

Great shop with a great staff. The wife came in here to help her girlfriend with an outfit. There is plenty selection for the plus size woman in you. In addition the staff there was super nice and even steamed ironed the shirt and wrapped it up for our friend. Super cool. read more

I wanted to let you know that my daughter and I shop at several locations of Lane Bryants. We often have been to Denton, Tyler, Irving, Frisco, Coit Rd and Preston location, and just yesterday the Mesquite location. I say all of this to give you an example of the exemplary customer service at the Firewheel store. I am new to Garland and recently found this location. This location is the model that I wish all stores would follow. For the past few months, every single time that we walk in, we are greeted with, "Welcome to Lane Bryant." Each time, we are actually met by the store attendants (who smile and give eye contact) to see if we need help. Often times, they have helped us find the size/color/style that we need, even if it had to be ordered online. They have made suggestions as the the best product for our needs, which we love. We were happily helped, treated with respect, and simply amazed at the wonderful customer service. Excellent, personable, customer service is a lost art in this day and age. The employees at this location as a whole are a class act. We wanted to personally say "Thank You" to E*** the manager, and has been so helpful. She actually listens and works to resolve issues. Also, A*** and S***have helped us on several occasions. I am grateful for finding a store that makes me feel good about shopping there. Thank you ladies for your awesome work ethic, and friendly service. It does not go unnoticed!! I hope that you will recognize that you have a beautiful group of ladies that actually make a difference each day. This company has terrible customer service and poorly made products. I purchase a t-shirt bra for full price. The first washing, hand wash no dryer, the cups wrinkled in a way that can't be fixed and can't be worn. They refuse to help and blame the customer for washing......never washing a bra isn't an option for me. read more

Love the Fire Wheel location. Everyone is super nice and I go in for the sales, the store is always clean and looks great. Victoria is WONDERFUL. She is always dressed so cute and is always more than helpful. In retail, Customer Service is key and she has it. She is a Keeper. My only complaint and I'm not even taking a star away because it's more of a corporate thing--- FANS need to be installed in the dressing rooms. Us big girls get warm quickly, when we are trying on clothes and being in Texas makes the need for fans even more so. read more

I came here to shop with my girls, I am hispanic and I already knew what I was shopping for there were 3 workers there I was in there for literally 5 min all 3 ladies asked if I needed help which I said no every time and said I was just looking. They followed me around the store, there were caucasian ladies there which were not being followed and harrased. I was very disappointed and I put my things back and did not spend my money with them.
