Plenty of Goth body hardware to set off any respectable metal detector. Their sales like $6 doorbusters are hard to pass. Since I'll be shopping here a lot I joined thier loyalty program. Every $150 spent earns a $10 reward and I'm almost there! Twice now I've asked different employees if they could help me as a paying customer. You'd think that's reasonable, right? Apparently they do not. I ask one of the girls if age could find me a different size in something. 5, 10, 15 minutes go by while I'm standing there in my skivvies listening to some weird customer do this throat itching thing REALLY LOUDLY in the fitting room next to me. After 15 minutes I decide to just get dressed and go look for the different size myself giving her the benefit of the doubt. Much to my shock she is standing where they count your clothes in that you want to try on. I walk out past her and she says nothing. I come back with my new sizes and she literally doesn't say ANYTHING as she's counting my items in or taking me to my new fitting room. How awkward is that? I say nothing realizing that she's a teenager and this is obviously her first and maybe only job... EV-ER. Second weird experience happens a couple days later when I call and ask if they can put a specific skirt on hold for me. She says that because I don't have the style code that she will put a few similar skirts on hold for me. I made it clear as Saran Wrap that I was on my way like THAT NIGHT. I get there and I tell her my name and that there were supposed to be some skirts on hold for me, I tell her the name of the person that "helped" me and believe you me I am throwing that word around generously right now! And she says Yah that was me, but I didn't put anything on hold for you. I just kind of shook my arms like What??? So I speak to the manager and she really seems just complacent. I don't feel like I was listened to or valued as a customer but I will probably go back because I wear the clothes. I just won't expect any assistance at all from the employees.
