I would offer my highest recommendation for SVN TRCA Property Management. I currently live in New…read moreYork City, and have rental properties in Pittsburgh (managed by SVN TRCA) and Nashville (managed by another company). The service between SVN TRCA and my other property manager is night and day. With SVN TRCA I do not have to worry about anything, I simply let my property and my investment work for me. With my company in Nashville (who I am in the process of changing), I constantly need to keep tabs on just about everything. A great property management company can make a world of difference and give peace of mind with your investments, and SVN TRCA is as good as I could have ever asked for. - TJ

I would give zero stars if I could. I rarely post reviews but this mishandling of a job deserves…read moreone. I was the first person to contact the leasing office minutes after the property got listed (have snapshots to prove it) , I repeatedly requested a virtual tour . The property manager said i am 1.5 hours away. Will do it soon , next day early next week yada-yada yada - Despite multiple follow-ups, the leasing agent delayed for nearly a week and never accommodated the request. The day they did he had other showings too which is also fine I understand he wants to club things but then you should make considerations for the first come first contact and viewing basis as well- i was put off until later when all others had seen the property even though i was the first one to contact them - ( I Know this because he said you were the first one when i talked to him a week ago) I put in the application and turns out another applicant was ahead of me (what can you do luck! and some timing mishap from the property leasing manager) which happens. Here's what doesn't make sense: The kicker, I was still charged a $75 non-refundable application fee. If application is on first come first serve and if someone is ahead why would you run a background on next applicant ? the application is specific to a property and that should be handled on a "first come, first served" basis. and if they have a line they should check the first guy and if he is through then why check the next guy in line ? and charge the fee? if someone is already first in line and being considered for the property, why charge subsequent applicants a screening fee before they are even realistically being considered? The explanation I received was that my application remains valid for other properties. However, I applied for a specific property, not a general membership in their rental portfolio. if this is the case yo you can charge 5 people who apply and make money off of just the applications. What frustrates me most is not losing the property--someone has to get it and mishandling did result in my application being second (10min Later than the first one - if he did my virtual tour before the other folks, i might have been the first one but first come first serve doesn't work when scheduling viewings apparently! ) It's the lack of transparency that is really frustrating - No where in their form do they say if you are not first in line we will still charge you the fee and run the background check. The process feels designed to collect fees from multiple applicants while only one person can ultimately rent the property. Future applicants should ask very specific questions before paying any non-refundable fees. I did not see any disclosure in the application materials stating that applicants who are not first in line for a property may still have their background check run and be charged a non-refundable application fee. Other reviews from renters and owners everywhere (Look at reddit - Google reviews can be manipulated so can reddit and yelp but at least see all reviews before deciding to work with them )Some reviews show how bad their management service is as well. So figured may be god has a better plan and good riddance for me to not get their managed property. Imagine an emergency comes and the leasing property manager says i am 1.5 hrs. away from the property i will try and come next week ! BEWARE! Check your application and application fees and agreements with them.

There are more things including us not able to gain proper access to our parking space after 100 days since closing, and they asked us to park on other residents' spots while there are unsold spots they are unwilling to let us use. The first few months they stored building materials on our spot and for few months they were unable to figure out the garage opener for our spot. They blame everything on us, Franjo (the general contractor they hired) and other parties. We buyers only sign the contract with the owner of e properties so they should take care of this. We should not be the one going back and forth with other parties. This should not be our second job..

After snowfall, the roads and common areas were left fully covered in snow and ice, with no one sent to clean it. It was unsafe, especially for families with kids. What's frustrating is that they have no problem increasing fees every year, but when it comes to actually maintaining the community, they disappear. Snow removal and safety are basic responsibilities, not extras. Residents are paying more and getting less. Poor management, lack of accountability, and no concern for resident safety. I would not recommend this association to anyone.

When I attempted to notify the police and his father of the code ordinance violations (the building itself as a tenancy when he is rarely conscious there -- as a foul tobacco-spitting night janitor at RMU who needs to sleep ten hours a day), I somehow got committed to a mental hospital to an involuntary psyche commitment, and he and his best buddies Scott and Katie Zanella had a good laugh about it -- since Scott works for Howard Hanna, sold Mike this house, handles all the software so my email never goes to the right people, and even invited him specifically to their daughter's graduation party last sunmer. As for me, I missed my daughter's graduation ceremony as the police hauled me away when I showed them the house. Without an actionable step to prove I was "a danger" to my ex husband, the 302 was not even legal. But then again, who cares about that in North Fayette when child predator Anthony Saveikis's local magistrate sign still hangs (county ordinance violation), so no one can quite tell just who the local judge was who signed that last order.

When we moved in, the apartment was very dirty and still had some furniture in it (chairs and a bed frame) as well as multiple bags of trash on the porch. We had to vacuum four times before we finally got all the cat hair out of our apartment that doesn't allow pets. Pipes had to be replaced that ran through our bedroom wall, so naturally they came, tore the wall to shreds, replaced the pipes, then left the wall completely open. It only got fixed after multiple emails begging for someone to fix it, and several weeks later, that wall still hasn't been painted to match the rest of the room. Maintenance workers have on multiple occasions showed up unannounced to do work. Just recently I came home to my toilet completely taken apart with no knowledge of what happened or if it could even be used. When I called the company they said they weren't sure what happened. Our fridge light doesn't work, our screen door is off the track, our bathroom had a moldy ceiling when we moved in, and we still have an unpainted bedroom wall. All of this and we've only lived here for three months so far.
