7/28/18 Found Landmasters on line. Called and made an appointment with Erick at 9:30 am. Erick was right on time. Our lot is small and has zero scape plants. Our last maintenance crew was not able to meet with our standards, which we felt were fair and reasonable. So they fired us. Erick's crew showed up two days later. They went to work and 3 1/2 hrs. later our property never looked so good. Trees were thinned out, bushes cut, dead plants removed gravel raked and all debris carried away. We will have them monthly and once the weather cools off we have more labor intensive work we would like done. I have my own business for the last 38 yrs. I have 113 reviews on my business. All five star except 4 stinkers. There are two sides to every poor review. I never have had the opportunity to tell my side. Before Erick I tried the maintenance crew doing my neighbors yard. Called them after talking to them in person and was never able to get a call back. I can mention other such non-responses. Why bother. We have all experienced the same thing. Landmasters did an outstanding job of removing two large trees from my backyard. Erick impressed me during the estimating visit with his thorough knowledge of trees. This, combined with his much lower bid than several other companies, made my decision to use Landmasters an easy one. The resulting work further confirmed my decision. His crew was highly skilled, efficient, and friendly as I monitored their progress. I was particularly impressed with the care they took to protect the tile roofs of my house and my neighbors as they went about cutting large limbs. These hard workers finished the project by thoroughly cleaning up every scrap of debris in my yard and my neighbors' yards. I have had Landmasters do a couple of jobs for me and I have been very impressed. The first job was a clean up. They gave a great price and really went the extra mile on details and quality. The yard really popped after all was completed. I have had several other landscaping companies come out for the same job but none came close to Landmasters!! Friendly, reliable, and excellent service! I contacted Landmasters Landscaping to do a front and back yard clean up on a very short notice. Eric and crew have been doing the upkeep of my yard for a couple of years now. They completely re-designed the front and I have so many compliments. I have a combination of plants, pavers, and artificial sod. If I have a problem, such as a when I got a huge water bill, I called and within an hour they were out to check to see what the problem was. As it turned out, it was the water filter system. I've used Landmasters three times in the last 6 years to trim a HUGE tree that must be kept thinned and balanced so the monsoons don't cause it to break or fall. Each time they have done a wonderful job with friendly, good, fast workers. They even clean up nicely. Removed two large trees, one 50' Eucalyptus and one 25' Mesquite. Was a solid day and half work. Showed up on time, cleaned up the considerable mess made by the stump grinding and charged a very reasonable price. Both trees were too close to the house and they were very careful in lowering the limbs to avoid any damage to the property. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to others. read more
