This is our 4th trip to Door Co. and we have stayed at the Landmark each time. We love the layout and how it feels like we are in the woods more than at a hotel. The staff is always pleasant. They have some activities basketball 1/2 court, tennis courts and a nice pool and hot tub. Unfortunately they closed the sauna temporarily due to Covid which made no sense to us with the other amenities open. It's always very clean. A very nice place to stay. We will definitely return! read more

Went for a winter getaway and we weren't disappointed. Fantastic view from our room. I would definitely recommend requesting a room with a bay view. Great areas for hiking so close to the resort. This is the most unprofessional resort. Management kicked out my friend because she had an emotional support dog with her. It was always on her reservation and then they changed their mind about the dog last minute, after they traveled all the way from Chicago for a wedding. They said that emotional support dogs are not the same as service dogs, which is extremely discriminatory in my opinion as she suffers from a mental disorder. Also, the rooms are gross. Don't come here, you've been warned! Place stinks. read more

Not sure why there are 3, 4, and 5 year old "tips" about this resort still posted, because it is a beautiful place to stay in any season. We are in a cozy, beautifully updated unit, and we also enjoy the comfortable lounges. When here during winter, we use the indoor pool and in summer one of the three outdoor pools. Whirlpools available, too. This is a gorgeous property on the bluff overlooking the waters of Green Bay. Egg Harbor is centrally located in Door County. read more

I spent my honeymoon here in October of 2016. Our room was clean, but also very spacious. We had a nice view of the marina. The staff was also friendly and gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne. The only complaint I would have would be that there was hardly anyone there. However, that's more our fault because we unknowingly went during the off-season. I would like to try visiting again during the summer. Otherwise, I must say, this place wasn't bad. read more

Resort is ok but management was beyond unprofessional. We were staying for a wedding and our friend called 2 months ahead of time to check if her emotional support dog could stay as well (she has legit issues). The staff informed her of their no-pet policy but accepted the booking and said the dog would be accepted with appropriate paperwork. Once she arrived, she checked in with the front desk (dog on side), and the staff confirmed there was no issue. An hour later, an altercation happened in the hallway with the general manager who proceeded to exclaim, "this is complete bull**** trying to pass that thing off as a therapy dog. You have 15 minutes to get off this property." Everyone knows the difference between an emotional support dog and a therapy dog... nothing was misrepresented. Imagine going through all the motions, being proactive and diligent, and excited to go to a wedding only to be kicked out 30 minutes before the rehearsal dinner. The GM doesn't have to like dogs, but she should at least stick to her word and treat people with some decency. PS, my friend followed up with a local police officer. He rolled his eyes and said it wasn't the first time there had been complaints about Patti (the GM). read more

We stayed here in 2016 due to a friend's wedding being held on site. Seeing as it is rather pricey and we had a 3 night minimum stay due to a holiday weekend, we were expecting something much like the nice resorts in the Alpine Valley area, even something resembling Stone Harbor. Nope, not even close. This place made me feel like I needed to shower just stepping into it. To be fair, we entered our building through a side door, not the main entrance. The main lobby areas were really nice, boasting of a renovation coming in 2017. Maybe that's true, but they have A LOT of work cut out for them EVERYWHERE else in that place. The hallways smelled musty and the carpets are all stained and worn. Our first room smelled of mold, urine, and just wetness. I had to put a blanket on the couch to sit as it was very stained, as were the dining chairs, which we didn't sit on. I sat in a chair in the living area and fruit flies came flying out. All this wasn't helped by the "Guest Book" this particular privately owned condo included, depicting the many "here to make babies" guests that stayed in our moldy smelling, damp bedroom we were to sleep in that night. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well...or under any of the provided covers. Surprisingly, I asked to change rooms the next day when in addition to all this fun I found actual mold in the bathroom. The woman I spoke to was very short with me, telling me they were booked at first and she'd have to call me back. She then hangs up on me. Not sure when she was "calling back" or if, I waited for about a half hour and got a call that if we moved we needed to come get the key to the new room right then and tell her immediately if we were moving. I get it, things are busy, we need to make up our minds, but there's a right way to provide customer service and a wrong way; she would be a good example of the latter. I will say the front desk gentleman that I talked to upon getting the key was very apologetic. Our second room was better with less smell and a few updates to the furniture and flooring. However, the hallway had the same stained, worn out carpet and bad musty smell. Outside of the rooms, the bar staff was fighting the entire time we were seated there due to a bill mixup. While entertaining, it was very awkward. The bathrooms in the restaurant also could've used a once over at some point of the day as even the males in our party were complaining about how dirty their bathroom was. If they mention or notice, it must be bad. In conclusion, the Saturday karaoke is fun (I don't know when it isn't, but I'll give them that) the view is the same as it is for many, many places in Door County but still nice, and we had a good time because of our friends. I would recommend if you aren't into that homey lived-in, smells like other people's feet feel, maybe give them some time to renovate or consider a place nearby with the similar amenities for far, FAR less cost. read more

We stayed here in the fall. The area in Door County is beautiful and very relaxing. We had a great time exploring! We were very pleased with the price and friendly staff, however it wasn't the most clean resort and to ruin the trip my sister got bed bugs?! We took her immediately to the doctor and it was confirmed. When I contacted the resort they said they would do an inspection and get back with us asap. I never heard anything for 2 weeks so I followed up and they tried telling me my sister must have got them elsewhere because there were no bed bugs found. I don't believe it and we will never stay here again. read more

I know it's all about the location, but they could lower their price a bit. My wife and I had a great time in Door County and enjoyed a fish boil at Pelletier's. However, we had left Sundara in WI Dells to check Door County out. We don't normally splurge for places like Sundara, but it was worth every penny and only $50 more/night than Landmark. The hallways reeked of smoke, the bed was uncomfortable, towels were scratchy. The surrounding area is about all they have going for them. They need to upgrade. read more

This resort was very pleasing. The interior was updated and clean, and the views were absolutely stunning. This resort is right in the middle of Door County, only about 20 minutes from the most outer towns. The resort booking will tell you check-in is at 4pm. Go early, they very often have rooms prepped by 1pm. (We received a text verification at 12:30pm.) Plus you can enjoy the pools and other facilities. Avoid the restaurant, it's terrible. There is a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and all of the cookware and dinnerware you will need. Be sure to wash it again, some of ours was a bit dirty. Our fridge emitted a terrible smell. My kid opened it and nearly puked from it! There is only one a/c unit in each condo, radiators in each room, however. Cable with cartoons for the kids. The staff was very friendly. Pull-out couch was a bit dirty. Furniture and decor has been modernized. If you can swing it, get a lake view. Being in Door County, it's very expensive for what it is, but multiple pools areas make it better than some options nearby. Lighting could be better around the property, especially the entrance. That hasn't changed in the 30 years I've been coming. They are trying new activities, such as comedy shows and live music. Not sure a lot of people attend unfortunately. Good to see the resort is making updates and improvements. High: friendly staff Low: cleanliness of kitchen. *don't eat at the restaurant!* read more

We loved our room facing the bay, the outdoor pools, and plenty of places to sit and relax outside. We were disappointed with housekeeping. They left all our dirty towels on the floor and never gave us new ones which is what we were supposed to do if we wanted new towels. They made our bed but left blankets on the floor when we had them on the bed. It was just annoying. We would still stay again considering how much we loved the resort. It would have been nice if they had complimentary breakfast. We also didn't care for the restaurant. They should offer seating on the patio in the summer until bar close so we could enjoy the outdoors. Loved the room decor and private patios. Spacious room. We had the king size room. read more

We stayed for 5 days last week and it was a great time! I love that there pool is open 24 hours and they have a ton of board games you can check out and take to your room. My only complaint is that Jill from the front desk is very crabby! I was being helped by an older gentleman, who was an incredibly nice man, and she interrupted us and told him to go to the back of the office. He reluctantly went to the back after pausing in thought for a moment, the entire time she was staring at him and motioning with her raised eyebrows that she wanted him in the back. I think he was also surprised that she made him stop helping me. I then had to get back in line to be helped by one of the other two ladies. The last day we were there, there was an overwhelming amount of people eating breakfast at the same time in the restaurant and there weren't enough tables for everybody. A woman politely asked if she could open the dining room right next door so she and her seven family members could sit down. Jill said "No, I don't have a key so you'll just have to find someplace." Within one minute another lady walked over, surveyed the situation and offered to get the key to open the other room. Before we left breakfast I heard a woman asking Jill for more silverware, and she replied as though getting more silverware was going to be an inconvenience to her. Customer service just isn't your thing, Jill. read more

Great resort over all. Stayed for couple of nights in the Navigator complex. The resort was clean and well maintained. Great view overlooking Egg Harbor if you can get a westward facing room. Didn't get a chance to eat at Carrington Restaurant. The room had all of the necessary amenities. They have nice BBQ areas on the resort that we used (propane grills). Decent sized indoor pool and hot tub in the main building where you check-in. Each complex has their own small hot tub as well. The beds weren't that great...not very comfortable, that was one downfall. The staff was friendly, too. read more

I have been to the Landmark Resort several times over the past decade. Kudos to the staff for removing the guest who allowed their dog to roam the public areas freely. Everyone knows that service animals and emotional support animals must be kept on a leash in public areas at all times, that includes hallways. This resort is in line with other resorts in the area for the price and amenities. Some rooms are better than others. If you get an updated room, it is very nice. They need to work on updating the hallways now as well. Better staffing at the front desk and handling calls would be nice. read more

Stayed here for a conference and didn't have to pay for the room (paid by organization sponsoring conference) so what can be better than that? Was here during the off season so there wasn't much of a view or activity going on. The condos appear to be privately owned and from the pictures on their website and my experience are always updated to the newest and greatest; but the room was comfortable with working appliances and the essentials. Wi-fi was slow, so if you are here on business I can see this as a challenge. The Carrington (restaurant) is overpriced (as they can be as this resort is in the middle of nowhere) and does not match the food quality. I had the special of salmon which was good but the bread sticks were awful! They tasted like the breading of mozzarella sticks which makes me nauseous. Conference room (Egg Harbor Room) was comfortable, nice amenities. Catering for breakfast and lunch was typical buffet style food, nothing stellar. Would like to visit during the on season when more things are open and the view is actually a view. read more

I stayed here for my honeymoon and thought the view was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I thought it was too expensive for what they offered. Like I said the view was great, however the rooms were very outdated. Not to mention, the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I would have rather slept on the floor. The pillows were worse. The towels were rough regardless if they were the pool towels or the ones in our room. The hallways were pretty dark and sketchy. I didn't eat at the restaurant on site so I can't comment on that. I probably wouldn't stay here again with all the other alternatives in the area. read more

The resort isn't that bad overall but the place has some issues. Our biggest problem was the A/C, or rather lack thereof. We informed them twice that it was inop but they didn't care. They REALLY need to check their WIFI setup. Our room was right next to an access point and it still worked like crap. Other things to note: the outdoor pools close early, the decor is a tad outdated in some places, if you look at the toilet wrong it will clog, the towels are so rough they squeak on your hair, and the pillows... just bring your own. read more

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We are staying at the hotel for 4 nights. On the 4th night, we have to switch rooms. With an infant and a toddler, this is no easy task. To make matters worse, checkout is 11a, but check-in isn't till 4. We called the front desk to inquire if there was any way to make the transition a bit easier, e.g. whether there was any way we could get a late check-out and/or early check in. The unfriendly bureaucrat at the front desk simply kept repeating that checkout was at 11am. I told her I understood, but we were just trying to see if there was any advanced planning that we could do - could they at least plan to clean right away the room to which we were moving so that we needn't sit around with all our things for 4 hours? Again, the answer I received was that checkout is at 11am - they didn't care to help one bit. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. read more

The room we have is a third floor loft that sleeps 6 and overlooks Green Bay. Accommodations are just enough for your average family looking to stay mostly on site with a balcony, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, exercise room with about twelve fitness machines, an arcade center, and restaurant. The grounds are beautifully kept and ridiculously clean, even with the amount of trees surrounding the area, it would take all week to rake the leaves! The continental breakfast is served on the weekends and is pretty mediocre. read more

Kristin at the Carrington Restaurant is awesome. My mom and I ate there on Karaoke night and she told us about a place outside of town that has karaoke and it was so much fun. Thanks for the tip! She was also a great server and very friendly. The next day I asked the front desk about kayaking stating that my mother and I were beginners and were having trouble deciphering which places were better for novices. I won't name her, but man oh man. Just like...this girl. After explaining to her all of this, the first thing she did was ask if we had brought our own kayaks? I just stared at her and said, "No, hon. We didn't bring our own kayaks. As I said. We have not really done this before." She then tried to give me some brochures about kayaking and I just kind of lost it telling her I already have brochures but wanted to talk to someone who might actually know about where to go themselves. Perhaps someone else could help me? She went to the back and I could hear her speak with someone else and heard her clearly say, "She says she already has brochures." Finally, another woman came out and was incredibly helpful so thank you to her. I don't know, I guess I just think that maybe you should have some knowledge about these things since you work in a town that survives solely on tourism alone and people will have questions about what to do. Just a thought... So 5 stars for Kristin and 3 stars for the front desk. read more

Terrible service at this resort/restaurant. Our room was old and outdated and had a strong musty odor. After complaining to the front desk about the smell they told us to open the windows and they gave us a bottle of industrial strength air freshener (which on the bottle said it could be used at places like fish markets). Other rooms at the resort did not smell musty (we know because our friends had a room in a different building at the resort) but they still would not give us a new room. At the bar/restaurant they were severely short-handed and it took about 30 minutes to get a drink from one of the bartenders. One of the bartenders was very rude to just about every customer that came up to the bar. I would never come back to this place again. read more

We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo. First night the one we stayed in smelled terrible. They moved us over one room and guess what? Smelled awful too and the 2nd room was dirty. There was a used band aid on the floor in the bedroom and between the bed and side cabinets there was piles of dust. No vacuum could have touched that in months. The staff acted shocked and surprised when I complained about the smell. When I checked out there was a couple also complaining about the smell in their room and again they acted like they had never heard of this complaint. Very disappointed. The views from the decks were great but rooms were very disappointing. I think they might want to start listening to their customers. read more

Do they care at all for individuals with disabilities? With my walker, I cannot get into the bedroom or bathroom. I must say their indoor/outdoor carpeting is buckling, not helping with my walker. I booked a room here last minute and should have known vacancies would be a red flag. The lady on the phone wasn't very friendly but I thought fine, at least I found a place with a water view. Umm, no. The room faced the water but the lake is so far away you only see a sliver between the trees. We did like the natural setting and the rooms are actual condos which was nice to spread out. The bed was lumpy and linens were cheap considering what we paid. At first I thought the rooms were clean but there was a spot on the wall in the bathroom that turned out to be blood. Disgusting. The front desk staff is not friendly and shouldn't work with the public. We were in such a hurry to leave the other day and I left my hair dryer. My husband called to ask about it and was brusquely put through to housekeeping's voice mail. Needless to say we haven't heard back which is fine. I'd rather not deal with them again. The restaurant on the property however is fantastic. Five stars for service and the food was really good. read more

My family and I have been staying at this "resort" for over 20 years off and on. More recently, I have been coming up here with my mom and my aunt. We are all pretty laid back and like to have a good time. In the past couple years, a few issues have come up. We mainly come here to sit by the pool and relax. It's pretty much number one on our list. Within the past 3 years something has changed about the pool situation. It's no longer a comfortable, family friendly environment. Unless you get up at 7am, you can forget getting a chair to sit on. Call me crazy but I don't remember a rule that "if you put your towel on a chair, it's yours for the rest of the day, whether you are at the pool or not" being passed. Maybe I missed something. This annoying occurrence was in full effect this year for sure, and we ran into this 2 years ago, and when we spoke up, my mother had a woman screaming at her that those chairs were hers because she had "her" towels on them, when in fact they were just the white towels The Landmark provides for everyone. We stayed in the Navigator over looking the pool and every morning we would wake up around 8am or 9am and every chair was covered with a towel. This is not an exaggeration. It seemed that there was a large family monopolizing the pool most of the time. They were also eating, drinking alcohol, playing music loudly, and being beyond obnoxious. We were there for 4 days and this occurred every day. On the second day, we were pretty fed up so we called the front desk and they said they would send someone down to talk with the family. We sat in our room and someone came but all he did was walk around the pool area, and then walk away without saying anything to anyone. On our last day, someone from maintenance was walking by and told the group the rules. They said nothing and as soon as he walked away, they went right back to what they had been doing all week. That is how I would sum up the customer service at this "resort". I would also like to mention the need for updating the rooms and really the whole "resort". This year we stayed in the same room that we did back in 2012. Guess what? Not much has changed. They added a new AC unit to the room which works great downstairs, but if you sleep upstairs, you are pretty much screwed. That would be about the only update to the room. The decorations were the same, the appliances were the same (the microwave is possibly the first microwave ever made), and all the dishes and silverware were the same (and dirty). The pool area got new towels and a new towel holder, which is great because it clearly made it easier for people to put them on every chair. The room was also in need of some cleaning. In the downstairs bathroom, there was a wad of hair in the corner. Many of the glasses were dirty with spots and some kind of junk we had to scrape off. In the downstairs bed, when you pulled back the covers, there was black lint all over the bed. I can usually put up with a lot but the kicker to the whole cleaning thing was the card in the room suggesting leaving a tip for housekeeping. On this card was at least 5 names of people. Does that mean that 5 people cleaned this room and it looks like this? My main issue with this "resort" is that it really isn't a resort at all. Their staff is beyond lacking the customer service skills needed to work at a good resort. Their staff is also lacking in numbers. I've never been to a hotel where the staff consists of people working the desk and maintenance. That's it. I believe there are more housekeepers than any other group on staff, which again is scary for the lack of cleanliness. In the past, we have written letters to the "resort" to let them know our feelings. We have never gotten a response from anyone associated with The Landmark. This year was sadly the last straw. We will not be staying here next year. It's a shame because we were so at home here but for the money we pay for our room, we should be getting a lot more for our bucks. Yes the view is amazing, but if you're looking through a dirty window, it isn't that great. read more

I left my review on trip advisor per an email I got from the resort after our stay there. We were very disappointed for many reasons. VERY long wait upon check in and poor cleaning services being the main ones. Their response still left me upset and not feeling heard or cared about as a guest their. My next step was to email the resort directly to let them know I was still unsatisfied. I had a response from the same person who responded to me on trip advisor. The email was even more disappointing than the trip advisor response. It was basically saying that's just part of traveling and I should have called the front desk at the time of the incidents instead of choosing to complain now. I gave up at this point seeing this was their customer service support person and I was getting no where. 16 days later they go back and edit their response to advertise their onsite amenities, "hoping in spite of those issues we were able to enjoy the free WiFi, shuffle board, the bar and grill etc" I was going to leave it alone but after they went back and used it as an opportunity to advertise, i'm back to square one of being pissed off. We traveled from Texas to Wisconsin paying almost $500 for 2 nights, had a very bad experience with very bad customer service after, still feeling unresolved. read more

We have enjoyed our annual trips to the Landmark Resort for the last 11 years. Over these years we watch them do extensive renovations. With the primary owners being individuals, each condo can vary depending upon the owner of the unit. Each year we have been pleased by the courtesy of the staff, from the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Always found the general common areas to be clean. Each building has a very large common area for family activities, We've always enjoyed the warm fireplace and the many laughs. read more

My husband and I brought our two nieces to the restaurant, the Carrington Pub, for dinner last week. It was terrible. They were out of 2 items we requested, which I can live with. However, everything we ordered was either mediocre or really bad. Even the club sandwich was bland and limp. I didn't know that sandwich could even be bad! The view from the terrace is great, just sit out there and have a drink...skip the food! read more

Rented a unit thru VRBO, (Moores affordable Condo)..Had issues with said unit and had to pay for another unit in another building. Front desk informed us that any issues with our unit are the responsibility of the owner and not the resort. The owner/resort liaison would contact the owner of the unit ASAP in hopes of a possible refund or adjustment seeing as we now payed full price for (2) units and never stayed more than 1hr in the unit with the issues.2 weeks 2 messages and 3 phone calls later, I finally reached the woman in charge of Liaison between owner and resort who knew nothing about the situation and said she would contact the owner...3weeks after we stayed there. Needless to say I feel the resort dropped the ball and we ended up paying 2X what we should have. When you assure your customers you will handle something,handle it! Very unprofessional and it basically cost me in excess of $300 dollars for you not to return a phone call or follow up with me,Thanks for a wonderfully overpriced trip.(I have a call in to the Liaison 1 week ago still no response again!) My husband and I stayed here in August. The location, view and overall look of it are absolutely wonderful. But I am giving it 3 stars because of what I felt was a misrepresentation of it for handicapped users. When I made the reservation I was assured the room would be wheelchair accessible. However, when we arrived, the room was VERY tight so I had to keep lifting and turning the wheelchair to get it into the bathroom and bedroom and just generally around the room. Absolutely could not get onto the deck with the wheelchair. The 2 rails in the bathroom were located in an absolutely unusable spot while there was a perfect spot in which to locate them. And getting my husband into the bed which was cramped in the room was a REAL challenge. We loved the view and the room was beautiful but we really struggled. Afterwards I complained at the desk and was told I could have gotten a 2 bedroom - but it had a wood view and wasn't accessible so what good would that do us? So, when I got home I wrote them a long letter, not being mean, just telling them of our discomfort. Didn't ask for a thing, just wanted to suggest they needed to do something different. I never received any response of any kind although they had my phone, address and even my email. VERY disappointing. My husband and I travel quite a bit, and we have stayed in many locations in Door County that truly ARE handicapped accessible. We have even stayed at resorts in various places that do not say they are accessible and have actually been easier to maneuver than Landmark was. We did eat at Carrington and were disappointed with the prices which did not match the food quality. As much as it is a beautiful place, sadly we will not be able to stay there in the future. And it would have been nice to at least get a response to my letter. It gives me the feeling they don't care if people have complaints. read more

We've stayed here on and off for the last 30 years or so and everything is unchanged from the 1980s. Bedrooms and bathrooms are cramped and the appliances in the kitchen are old. We stayed in The Flagship. The hallways had a weird musty smell. The rooms are clean and the views are nice which helps when you have to stand out on the balcony to get phone reception. Housekeeping services are spotty. This time and last year we had to call in the late afternoon to get someone to clean the room and bring towels. There are so many great places to stay up here and for the money Landmark charges in prime season, we won't be back. read more

I had a two bedroom condo, which had a loft with 2 single beds and the main bedroom with a queen size bed. Comfy couch, better than the mattresses in fact! My room smelled like soup, really weird so I bought some air freshener, which helped. The indoor pool is in the main building with the fitness room, etc. Each building has it's own hottub and sauna, which was great. I was there in mid-March, and during the week, it was very isolated, I had the hot tub to myself every day. Keep in mind that Egg Harbor is very much a tourist destination and during the off season, very few things are open during the week. There are several restaurants that only open on the weekends and in the evenings. Also along those lines, most of the wineries did not offer tours during the off season either. You can go to the tasting room, but no tours for most of them. The little market in town was actually really great, everything you would need. Overall, nice place but the town is really not my speed. read more

Spent the weekend at the Landmark Resort in Egg Harbor for a wedding celebration in the Egg Harbor area. The room was rather small and the air conditioning was not cooling the bedrooms very well at all. The smoke alarm also decided to start going off intermittently throughout the night on Saturday and the maintenance man happened to be walking by the room at 10:00 the next morning and heard it when it went off for the 5th time (we were still trying to sleep) and disconnected it. When we called to the front desk after checking out by 11:00, their response was, are these the only issues that you had and why didn't you call us to fix them? Like we wanted them to come into the room in the middle of the night to work on the alarm and air flow problem. Needless to say, we won't be returning to the Landmark due to their lack of concern and it was the worst 2 nights sleep for the money, ever. read more

A nice enough place. Pretty grounds, views, etc. Room was clean. But, the swimming pool was filthy (lots of hair and dead bugs) and my wife almost burned / electrocuted her finger when pushing the "on" button on the in-room coffee maker. Actual sparks flew out. Here's the weird thing: for a place that touts such friendly service: the staff never made eye contact when you'd pass them on the grounds and the front desk people really copped an attitude, like we were lucky to be helped by them. It also had a very corporate feel (from the $169/night, to the price of pop in the machines, etc.) All said, I'd likely still give this place three stars. HOWEVER, when I raised my concerns about the pool and my wife nearly getting shocked/burned to the front desk upon check out, the lady said, "Ok. Sorry. We'll note that." THAT'S IT. No offer for a comp. breakfast, nothing. Not even a sincere apology. Perhaps you'd have a different experience, certainly with your coffee maker, I'd hope. But, management is management...and I like to be treated differently, especially in a place with so many great lodging choices. read more
