The one qualm I do have is that a good percentage of the packages I order go missing. I don't know who to blame for this issue. The delivery services or package thieves. But this is really disconcerting especially being a mother of a little one. I like the convenience of shopping online. I may have to rent a mailbox at UPS for this specific issue to be resolved. This is frustrating and adds to monthly costs.

DO NOT RENT HERE!…read more My fiancé and I rented a 1 bed apartment here for a year. For starters I'd like to say that everyone in the leasing office is rude and has an attitude as if they're better than you. Don't be offended by their "better than you attitude" almost all of the workers live on the property of this so called "luxury apartment" with us tenants so I assume that's why they're always in such a crappy mood! The unit we moved into was filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Glue all over the floors, paint splatters on the floor, oven was covered in grime. Unfortunately we had already signed our lease so there wasn't much we could do. I cleaned up what they couldn't and moved on. Almost a WEEK into our new move at our "luxury" apartment the hallways became a nightmare. At least every week there was something new. Garbage left everywhere, horrendous smells, liquids spilt all over the stairs and hallways. Honestly you name it and it was there! We contacted the office a handful of times about the issue but they brushed it off. The garbage would sit there for WEEKS before it was picked up. The floors would stay in that condition for MONTHS until someone came and cleaned them. I started to notice that they only came and cleaned it up when they were having a walkthrough with new tenants. It was truly disgusting. Thankfully our lease was ending and we moved out two weeks before we had to turn the keys in. I spent two weeks driving back and forth to get that unit cleaned. Obviously to ensure we get our full deposit back. Unfortunately we didn't receive our full deposit back. They decided to take out $574.86. In all of our years of renting we have never "not" received our full deposit back yet alone have THAT much taken out. They charged us $190 for a cleaning fee and $384 for "renovations". We have no pets, no children. Just a young couple renting alone. We had a couple of holes in the wall from our TV being mounted that we patched up but other than that the unit was in pristine condition. I believe that we got taken advantage of by the workers in the leasing office (Dillon Mertens & LaDawn Fox) and Aspire Apartments as a whole. Fast forward to a month after being moved out and no longer on the lease I receive an email from PG&E stating that I have an outstanding bill. I call PG&E to further investigate and they told me that my name is still on the PG&E account for that address. They informed me that my Landlord or my apartment complex is responsible for removing my name off of the bill which Aspire obviously didn't do. So now I am getting billed for another tenants electricity. I have called the leasing office at Aspire everyday now for a week. The call goes straight to a voicemail. The unfortunate thing about all of this is that we were and are great tenants. To get treated like this is mind boggling. I hope future tenants can read this review and think twice before renting here. I hope Aspire Apartments can do the right thing and fix not only our situation but every other tenant that that has been wrongfully treated by them.

For the most part, my experience living here was good. I'll keep it short and simple:…read more Pros: -Pretty new apartment complex, everything was looking great. -Office staff was nice to deal with. -Location is great, next to all the shopping and restaurants. Cons: -No designated parking. If you worked late in the day, it would be really hard to find a parking spot. Pretty inconvenient when you have children. -The walls are paper thin. I lived on the middle floor so I constantly heard the college students above us and the people below us playing loud music all the time. My downstairs neighbor would constantly bang on my floor because my 10 month old was "walking" too loud. -There was a HUGE roach found in my bathroom, which was pretty disgusting. Overall the place was aesthetically pleasing, which I liked. Probably not the best apartment for families, due to the thin walls.

When doing your initial walkthrough, I strongly suggest taking a peek under the cabinets in the kitchen area. Nothing is sealed or enclosed. Whatever pests inhabit the field surrounding the complex will certainly be in your apartment! Bonus points- you do not get a dedicated parking spot and there is NEVER parking! Stay clear, friends!

People throw garbage and trash everywhere and don't even try to put it in the garbage dumpster it's disgusting. Stray cats running everywhere but they're worried about if you're inside dog is fixed and has updated shot records. Toys bicycle and baby strollers are thrown everywhere throughout the grounds but they're worried if you have a small 4-in potted plant on your doorstep due to fire codes so they say. In fact the parking people park in your assigned spot you tell management and you do absolutely nothing about it. The laundry rooms are absolutely filthy. People working their cars and tear them apart not caring who's parked next to them or what is parked next to them but again they're worried about potted plants on your doorstep. This place looks nice from the outside and when you visit but after living here for a few months it's an absolute joke.

Lots of break ins. Cops showed up at our door at 3AM because someone tried to steal my bf's motorcycle. We moved out for a couple reasons. First reason being, I was 37 weeks pregnant and also had a toddler and the people below us were smoking weed and the smell was coming into our apartment, we complained the office sent a notice of no weed smoking that's it. I gave birth, it still smelled like weed. Told the office, they came and put air freshener in my apartment... STILL stunk... told them again and nothing. My point is, they literally did NOTHING to help. Also, they raised our rent just a year after we lived there. The office girls are so rude also.

The property manager that works here is incredibly rude not only did he lie and claim he actually (seen me with my dog letting her poop "ALL OVER THE PLACE) " which is amazing however not possible because the area THE ONLY AREA we play in THE ONLY AREA IVE EVER GONE IN .has no cameras there are only cameras in the parking lot where the apartments are and I have no apartment there ,so I have no business to go over there for any reason . I mind my own business I even pick up all the sticks so she doesn't hurt her paws running back and fourth . The last thing I would do is let my dog poop then let her run and step in her dog poop over and over then come inside of my home to get it on my bed sheets and everything being that she's an inside dog .The property manager was incredibly rude I was appalled and still am don't rent here and if you do do it at your own risk .I never leave reviews but this is necessary
