The maintenance staff is really kind and hard working. The front staff is really sweet too. I am just quite disappointed that some of the amenities are out of service. The hot tub has been out for about 6 months. This was one of the factors why I moved here. Parking is not fully monitored, at times there is no parking spots near your unit. These apartments are beautiful I must say, but I am giving a one star because I have filed a civil lawsuit for return of payment against this company. You have to give a deposit plus the application fee during the application process and per there application if denied you will receive the deposit back in 3-5 business days. I was unfortunately denied back in October and still have not received my deposit back. I've contacted this company several times and have been getting the run around regarding my money. read more

My hot water and my heater was not working, I submitted a service request and Jerry Ramirez, responded to my service request within an hour and said he would be there within two minutes and he was he did an incredible job fixing my heater in my hot water, he explained everything he did and did it in a timely matter. I have been living here for 4 months and I am so happy I made this choice. First of all ITS BRAND NEW! neighbors are friendly. Great doggy park. And amazing Olympic size pool. Great gym ( closed due to covid-19) very spacious and neat. I can't wait to use it once it's opened back up. My home, the best part is THE WHOLE UNIT. From the 2 car garage to the 2 master suites and awesome kitchen space, not to mention a laundry room. Omg I couldn't ask for a better home in Tracy. It's gated and security is always on duty. The worst place to live! When you sign the rental agreement, they promise you security and tell you all the rules of the condominium. However, the gate is always open and people who don't live there and homeless are always inside, especially at night. In other words, we can't let our children play outside the house for fear of something happening. We've also had a lot of problems, for example in the pool area where a resident went with 10 members of her family (even though only two people who don't live there are allowed) and these outsiders caused trouble with our family. We went to the office to report it and nothing was done. Also about the pool, there are always teenagers who don't live there who hide until someone opens the gate and then comes in, and they also make a lot of mess and we can hardly be at peace with our family inside. We've had problems with theft where a package was delivered to our house but it disappeared. A neighbor had his car broken into and his work tools taken. The last, some children and teenagers started chasing our son and also kept looking inside our car and were certainly hoping to find something to break the windows and grab. We reported it to the office complaining about security and once again they did nothing and even said they could not guarantee our safety inside! Where have you ever seen that?! They sell us something when we sign the contract but when we are told they do nothing... think carefully if you are thinking of moving there one day ;) read more

I came here after getting a job nearby, and from start to finish everyone has been amazing, especially Michael. He was extremely professional and made the whole process so seamless and easy. I would recommend everyone get in touch with these apartments - you won't regret it. In addition to a great staff, the apartments are spacious, have an insane amount of storage space, private garages and are laid out beautifully. I've never seen a floor plan so perfect - or so much space utilized in all the right ways to maximize apartment living. I lived at Harvest for two years. When the time came to leave, when I gave them my notice, they charged me $700 for 7 days. Before I left, I gave them a $600 deposit and they inspected the house. The maintenance manager said that there was no need for any work since everything was clean. The apartment was cleaned and left flawless. No paint needed, no deep cleaning, or anything like that. My mom spent over 6 days cleaning. I just read a notice about their final statement that they will have to pay back $163 out of $600, which is really sad. The management is extremely bad. They have no communication or customer service skills, and they rip their tenants off by renting one bedroom apartments for $2500. I am thankful that I left this smelly and dirty place. to all new tenants before thinking about moving to this place tripe check with them if needed get thri sign and notarize it. To avoid this headache, come to the Vela apartments and move in for just $99. all the amenities are ten times better than Harvest & world class decide with professional . I'm so disappointed with the lack if their leadership at harvest . I am grateful that I am now living at the best place in Tracy, the Vela. read more

to begin; the rent is ridiculous, i've never dealt with a complex who changes the price of a different units DAILY, one day a unit is $2700 and the immediate day after the same unit is $3200?? i used to think their prices were worth it until i completed my lease and a few extra months, hoping to move into a larger unit since my partner and i were expecting a baby, i've never been more thankful it didn't work out.. my man and i signed a 6 month lease in march which meant it was up in august , we ended up going month to month in hopes to move to a 2 bedroom, but none were available at the moment hence the reason we did month to month, while we waited.. our rent was $2492 during the 6 month lease and we paid $2800 for the next few months until Nov, for a ONE bedroom, in TRACY .. that's obsurd .. anyways we finally end up choosing to move to a different complex because the clock was ticking, after all i was due to have my baby in a month, we move out w no issues up until the final walk through . Harvest will tell you when you move out that you have to schedule a PRE inspection where they "give you a chance to correct any deficiencies to avoid deductions from the security deposit" and then after that pre inspection is done , they'll leave you with a yellow slip (i'll attach a photo) and it will state what they seen or noticed/ what you'll be charged for , plus state again it's a chance to correct what they point out.. we get ours back and the charges all make sense to us We get our deposit back and they deduct $300 for cleaning?? As anyone reading this can see clearly on our slip it says unit left clean , no charge for clean , i message Jeremy, he says he wasn't present so then sends me over to Maurice who is apparently in charge of maintenance.. I went back and forth with him about this for about a day or 2, he proceeds to say we left a TV mount , broom, pillows , all this other crap that i know for a fact we didn't leave there , and after all you would have seen that in the pre inspection and mentioned it then? So i asked him if he was sure he was speaking of the right unit and he proceeded to tell me yes and then sends me 9 pictures of a whole different unit not knowing 8/9 of them were dated from may of 2021, and 1/9 of them was dated dec 7th, I moved to harvest in 2023?? and moved out of harvest Nov 5th ,2023?? Of course i pointed that out because at this point they're now hoping i'm stupid enough to miss that, since all units look similar it'd be easy to say oh this one was yours but again , he snitched on himself when he sent photos dated 3 years back, and i knew for a fact i didn't leave any of those items. He then proceeded to argue with me saying he "clicked the wrong photos" and that he wasn't the one present? circle back to Jeremy sending me to this man bc he was supposed to be the one present but now he wasn't either ?? so coincidentally he clicked 8 photos from may and 1 photo from December to use "against us" i ended up just asking to speak to someone higher .. So much for this pre inspection being a chance for tenants to fix any deficiencies so it wouldn't be charged?? How would i have "fixed" this deficiency if you literally already told me it was clean and i wouldn't be charged , and then charge me 2 weeks later ?? After all, i just wanted my $300 refunded to me for me being wrongfully charged , it's not and shouldn't be my responsibility that their team is unprofessional or unjust , perhaps also blind to do a clear walk through, say it's clean and then suddenly a broom and TV mount appear? Also you'd think refunding a previously unproblematic tenant $300 for your mistake would be simple considering the prices of rent here is damn near burglary, so i know $300 to them is a penny compared to they're revenue .. It's now almost 3 months later and i've yet to hear back from their director.. forcing me to move forward with small claims because although $300 doesn't seem like a lot for all this drama , it's now the principle that they're trying to play me or take advantage .. so with that being said my best advice is to view all complex's around tracy before going with this one! they're beautiful on the outside and they sell you a dream on that little damn golf cart while touring but is $2600+ for a one bed really worth it to be told what you can and can't wear to the pool (yes they sent an email telling women what they can and can't wear) , can't enjoy a white claw by the pool ( i also asked this and they told me yes i could prior to moving) you're not allowed to smoke anywhere on the premises, which i get it , it keeps the environment safe.. but for $2800 a month and a grown woman i don't need people telling me what i can and can't do on my own patio , or what i can and can't wear , when i'm literally paying a decent chunk to live there.. read more

I submitted an application to rent an apartment at Harvest in Tracy on September 27th on September 28th 2023. I asked Shauntia Bryant (manager) how long was the process of the application and she stated that within an hour I would know the results if I was approved. She asure me that she would call me and let me know of the results and below I uploaded the email where she states that she would call me back. It never happened. I keep waiting for a response. Never got it until today 10/13/23 a day before where I am suppose to move in. I had to do other living arrangements since I have a son with special needs I need it ample time to coordinate the logistics of the move. I didn't hear back from Harvest apartment staff. There was no follow up Until, today at 10:11am I received an email to sign the lease. I send back a message letting them know I want my deposit of $600 back because I didn't hear back from them and its to late, so received a called from a Male that states that he is the manager of the apartments. He was rude and bad manner it was ridiculous, his attitude and disrespect letting me know that I wouldn't received my deposit back because I didn't asked for it within 72 hours from submitting the application. He was trying to intimidate me by yelling and talking over me and then trying to put in words in my mouth that I didn't said. The customer services and the unprofessionalism and lack of communication of these individuals, taking advantage of a nice person to cover themselves for the lack mediocre work and mishandling my application process. These people do not have integrity. I will report them to better business bureau and escalate it further so this does not won't happened to any else. read more

At first I was hesitant because prices are a little high but that is what to expect when you want luxury living. I now pay my rent happily because it is worth every penny. I love to wake up to this community of neighbors walking their dogs in the morning and being responsible to pick up after themselves and being able to walk around at night without feeling I am in danger of any sort. A communal hot tub that is not maintained. Murky dishwater appearance. Glass bottles nightly around a spa? Rap music or Latin music so loud you can hear it from blocks away. So many people in here I've never seen and doubt their a resident. Smoking weed and cigarettes. Zero respect or regard for others that may want a peaceful spa use. Last month it was full of kids no matter when you try to use it. All wearing dirty clogs and sandals in the water. The guy here tonight has been non-stop talking about selling drugs and doing time. This place gets worse by the month. This is one example of a dozen wherein management collects checks and is void in every other aspect. read more

This is hands down one of the nicest apartment complexes I've ever stayed in! The amenities are unreal. Don't even get me started with the resident customer service they provide here. 10/10. Zak (the manager) in the front office always stops what he's doing and helps me out with whatever i need! We recently moved from the South Bay to this newly built community. Harvest has all of the amenities you could ask for with a huge pool and a fitness center that can put some gyms to shame. The unit we selected was designed with an open concept and is very spacious. The staff is amazing! I've lived at the Harvest for over a year. It's a very nice townhome community and the customer service is great. I do believe it's a little over priced but the staff and how well they treat everyone makes up for the expense . When I first moved in I had a few small issues and David was always very responsive and helpful. He would continue to follow up and make sure everything was perfect. 14 months later David continues to check up and make sure everything is still working perfect. We went to tour this beautiful property a couple weeks ago and were very impressed at the great customer service and very nice atmosphere, They offer 1 to 3 bedroom apartments with garages which gives you a feel of a townhouse, we really liked the place but we decided to live closer to my husband's job.
