I used this company for a home inspection later last year. I was told about a lot of small things…read morelike a not properly installed/mounted plug in the access area in the wall for the HVAC. So, I thought this company was no joke... Which was an about $30,000 mistake. As I paid the extra fee for the "pool/spa inspection". The inspector had zero idea what he was doing with the pool "inspection". The pool turned out to be completely compromised. The plaster lining has to be replaced because there are cracks so that are leak leaking behind the plaster. The entire filter and heater are compromised. Everything has to be replaced.
