Dr. Jeff is great, I can't recommend him enough, he has really helped me through some tough times physically.

Dr. Jeff seems very nice and competent, but I won't be returning, primarily due to hygiene concerns. The clinic doesn't have hot water, which is unacceptable--especially because of COVID--I'm high-risk for severe illness, and this is a health issue for me and everyone else in the office, not just because of covid but germs in general. The intake process was another headache. I asked for the form in advance because I have tendinitis and wanted my husband to fill it out and I also have a lengthy health history. The form they sent was nearly 30 years old, extremely long, and full of irrelevant questions. When I arrived, the receptionist didn't acknowledge me, then delayed my check in so she could finish work she was doing. Twice. The office also only issues paper receipts. Dr. Jeff himself seems skilled and personable, but outdated practices, an unprofessional front desk staff member and the lack of hot water make this clinic impossible for me to recommend. My former chiropractor sold out and after experiencing a lot of nerve pain in my right wrist/arm/hand and some numbness, I chose this office because it is covered by my WHA insurance and the reviews are so good. Dr. Jeff did not disappoint. It took about 20 minutes to be seen but that is likely because it was end of day and I was a first time patient. The front office folks were fast and friendly. The waiting room was quite full but everyone seemed so happy to be there. I mentioned it going in - your staff and patients are all in such a great mood. He laughed and said he'd known most of them for years. Trust and returning patients who are happy - check! The evaluation was fast, and the adjustment of my neck and wrist were very helpful. He explained the problem, gave some advice on exercises to help and suggested I could come back in a week or so to check up, but whatever I felt was best would be fine. No pressure then, check! It's been a few hours and I feel so much better. I think I know why he has so many patients. Next time, I'll have him work on my low back, now that he managed with my neck and adjusted it gently but very well. read more

Dr. Jeff and his wife are great! Friendly, community involved and great chiropractic care! I appreciate that Dr. Jeff has been gentle and taken my chiropractic care based on my individual needs. He has helped suggest natural herbs and other natural methods as well for overall health. I always feel great after an adjustment, he is reasonably priced. I have had muscle treatments here as well as laser treatments not sure of the medical term but I feel they have all assisted in my recovery from bulging disc issues. read more

The only downside to this visit was that I wasn't seen until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment but I assume it took that long because the doctor is very personable and really tries to get know his patients so he takes his time when he sees you. He was kind and took the time to find out what was wrong and gave me tips and did some adjustments and a short laser treatment on my wrist. He also treated my neck and back which was much needed. I liked how straight forward he was and he had a good sense of humor. read more

I decided to give this place a shot after all the positive reviews (since that's why a lot of us use this app right?!) Dr. Jeff did not disappoint. I feel great after every adjustment and trust his knowledge to help prevent future pain. I have made this place my primary chiro office and enjoy the quick appointment availability. They're some of the nicest people I have ever met. I see Dr. Deb. I appreciate how she listens intensely to me when I'm telling her how Im feeling. She's great at asking questions to better understand my injuries. When I first started seeing her a couple months ago, I could barely walk because my pain was so intense, and now I'm able to walk with no pain or medication. I love this place. Dr. Jeff and his wife know what they're doing. I have been going here for a month and I sleep so much better. This place is amazing. My husband could barely walk because of back pain so we finally decided to try the chiropractic route and boy did it not disappoint. I called them for an appt and they were able to get my husband in the next day. After his first adjustment he felt about 60% better. After about a week, he still was feeling some pain so he went back and the dr readjusted him free of charge and now my husband feels almost 100% better! He's able to walk and pick up our son again! I love that the chiropractor was honest and didn't try to get him to come more than he needed. Felt very honest and they were amazing. My husband also said the entire staff was very kind. Dr. Jeff is an awesome Dr. !!! I have been seeing him now for about 2 months after trying everything else imaginable for my lower back pain. None of which worked . Now I am pain free and feel so much better. He is very personable and cares about his patients . I LOVE this chiropractic office. Both doctors are amazing. I've been treated successfully here for over 25 years. I had an accident with a horse when I was a teenager, causing irreparable damage to my neck. However, with regular maintenance I have zero pain. Dr. Jeff is hands down the best chiropractor in town. I've been seeing him off and on over the years when I've had back pain and somehow he's always managed to help immensely with even just one adjustment. I recently had a very unfortunate experience with another chiropractor in town that took my pain from mild to severe with the adjustment. I left that office limping and in tears from the amount of pain, and really believed they caused some sort of damage considering I went in full functional with very minor pain, and left in that state. I immediately called Dr. Jeff and he offered to evaluate me even though he had no available appointments left for the day. When I arrived he had a waiting room full of people but still accommodated me, and didn't even charge me for the visit. He even called me the next day to see if I needed to come in although it was Saturday and his office was closed. It's not just that he's extremely gifted at his work but his kindness and compassion is something that truly sets him apart. read more

My husband was injured in a car wreck, the car was T Boned on his side of the car. Dr Labinger was very attentive. He worked with me to get me moving again. He was always on time with his appointments and very friendly. The entire staff was friendly.
