If you are pregnant with a breech baby... look no further! I'm on my 3rd pregnancy and have seen other chiropractors during previous pregnancies. I can tell you that finding a chiropractor that is not only thorough but WELL educated on a pregnant body, is like finding a needle in the haystack. Dr. Anderson is fantastic and does not rush you, which is a common experience with chiropractors that I didn't realize I was so blind to. He also takes notes, which is something I've never seen before. I was 36 weeks pregnant with a breech baby and trying to get baby to flip, I started really research different methods to turn the baby to avoid a manual version from my doctor. I had a 20% chance that the baby would turn head down, so at this point I was desperate and praying for a miracle. I did 3 sessions in one week and it was confirmed today that my baby had flipped. I am so grateful to Dr. Anderson for helping with this and to his wife for getting me squeezed into the very small timeframe I had available to make this work. read more

I don't usually write reviews after a first encounter with a business when I know there will be multiple encounters but I couldn't wait to get on here and tell the yelp community about how wonderful Dr. Anderson and his wife, Dina, are. I went in today with a whole host of complaints, some of which have been around for years, others not so long, but nevertheless many pain points that have impacted my life negatively. Dina was awesome. Such a sweetheart and so personable. We had a long conversation and she's one of those people that you can talk to like you've known them for years. Dr. Anderson was able to diagnose many areas where I was misaligned contributing to some severe pain all throughout my body, but primarily in my neck. He was able to do a hip adjustment in an area that another chiropractor tried to work on for months with no success. There were also many areas where I didn't know I had issues but it makes perfect sense now given how everything is interconnected. I've been to several chiropractors in the past but none have been this thorough. I can't wait for more sessions. I confidently feel that I am on my way to having my pain alleviated, possibly permanently! read more

I want to start by saying I have been dealing with chronic pain for 4 years and I've seen ALOT of chiropractors. Gregg is hands down the most skilled practitioner I've seen. He is incredibly intuitive and easily does adjustments with a smile that other doctors have struggled to do for me. In the past, I've seen doctors that ended up making my pain worse, but I have not once in a year and a half left Gregg's office not feeling better. He has helped me to manage my chronic condition. On top of that, he really respects his patients and listens to what I say is hurting and is always taking that into consideration. Both Dr. Anderson and Dina are warm and always accommodating when possible (especially when I'm going through a flare) and they truly feel like part of my care team which really makes the difference for me. I used to live in LA and was worried about moving to Sacramento thinking that I wouldn't be able to find the same level of care as I would in a larger city, but Gregg is a hidden gem and the best of the best and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. read more

I had to wait but they called me from the cancellation list thank the lord. My low back has been steadily getting worse. The doc spent quite a bit of time with me and got me going back in a positive direction. I am going back and also going to purchase a foam roller to work on my hips at home. I would defiantly recommend this office. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. read more

After my car accident, my lawyer referred me to Dr. Anderson and they have been amazing from the start! Gregg and Dina are super friendly and professional and we highly recommend them! They will make you feel like family and right at home. Dr. Anderson also makes great referrals for treatments in conjunction with chiropractor adjustments. Through him we were referred to additional pain management and physical therapists. read more

I started seeing Dr. Anderson because my lower back pain was progressively getting worse. After a few visits the pain subsided. About six weeks ago I severely sprained my ankle. He's even been adjusting my ankle and the swelling has drastically gone down!! Thank you Dina and Dr. Anderson for making my family and myself feeling so welcomed! read more

Had my first appointment today. I was amazed to find that I felt better, looser, immediately after the appointment. What I was worried about with my back turned out to be right, and now I have a plan to get it worked out. Going back next week. Staff is great, Gregg Anderson is knowledgeable, and I'm feeling better already. read more

Dr Gregg really is as good as it gets! Any time I have an issue with pain in my back or neck I call Dr Gregg. He is truly a healer that cares about his patient and has me feeling much better when I leave than when I walk in! I'm also a drummer and he works on my wrists to keep them in perfect working condition. Thanks Dr Gregg. read more

I never write reviews, but I have to take my time to for this one. Dr. Anderson and his lovely staff are seriously incredible. They're really easy to talk to and easy going, flexible and amazing. I was in a bad car accident and from day one they have felt like friends and were focused on my physical care. Every time I'm in, I hear a patient thank Dr. Anderson continually for helping them heal. I went from laying on the floor crying in pain to up and moving again. If you're looking for a chiropractor you won't regret going here. I'm grateful I was directed to them. read more

After being into a car accident I immediately felt sore and tight, it only got worse the next day. I made a visit to an emergency hospital for a check up and was prescribed medication for the pain. I was fortunate to have family that highly recommended a chiropractor, Dr. Gregg Anderson. At first I was nervous cause I never had such care but the staff was great. The doctor helped me understand my condition, he spent time listening to me and answered all of my questions. He was patient, courteous and friendly. It was a great learning experience and I have an appreciation and high regard for chiropractors. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Gregg is truly great, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring as well as having a wonderful staff that helped me through this trying time. read more

Dr. Gregg is the best. My family has been going to see him for more than 10 years. He can help with your neck your back but some of the things people don't think about he can help children with ear infections Yes Infants. The man is amazing and it is a pleasure to know him and be able to refer my friends and family without hesitation. I know they will be well taken care of. Thank you Chris L. Sacramento read more

I had to postpone an appointment because of a family emergency and was told since it was 45 minutes too late of 24 hours before my appointment that I was going to be charged $50 fee. I told them to send me the bill that I would pay and I'm not coming back. My advice to you if you're looking for a dentist, look for one who cares because you're not going to find one here. read more

Here's an updated review: I am a female college student, and I was in my first car accident as a passenger who got rear ended. This was my first time at the chiropractor as well. Initially, the receptionist, Sheila, was friendly and informative by providing options on how I can pay for my medical expenses - of course since I'm their customer. Everything was nice until I wanted to use the third party's insurance claim number. That's where push and pulling came in. She rejected my suggestion and tried to convince me to use my own car insurance medical payments EVEN when the accident was NOT my fault - I was literally the passenger! (For some reason this chiropractic is really big on using your own medical payments - I even got a handout for it with cherrypicked information). She was very adamant on me using my own insurance to pay for the medical bill AND trying to convince me she was right, when she's clearly not an insurance policyholder. I have a strong feeling her persuasion was motivated by some sort of payment process - they wanted to get paid right away instead of waiting for the third party insurance company. I may be inexperienced in this field, but it's not hard to figure out that this has to do with business overall - at the end of the day, they want your money. Hence, the hard work to find you options on how to pay medical bills. I didn't appreciate her trying to push me into a corner and feel like my only options were to pay them with my insurance. They were also really big on getting an attorney when that wasn't my goal. I just wanted my pain fixed or at least relieved. The actual adjustment treatments itself were okay, I have nothing to compare it to. EXCEPT one thing happened that I wasn't too sure about: I was in a gown from having my x-ray done. Anderson stated I had tension around my rib cage and asked for me to lay on my back and if he could feel around my chest. I said yes with the assumption that it would be over the gown. Instead, not only was it under the gown, he pulled the gown up. I was shocked and it all happened so quickly that I barely got to react. This is my first time so I wasn't sure if this was appropriate or not but I did not feel comfortable especially after thinking it through. He could have had me change back into clothes since the x-ray was done. I've never had any medical experiences previous to this visit so I just followed instructions. I am upset about this. And knowing that I am a young female adult with no experience, I am not surprised that they would try to take advantage. I hope this helps anybody else like me, the whole process is confusing and people will be out for your money. And it sucks because you're in pain and need the help as well. So please do your research, and make sure to consult people you trust (family members, friends, etc) who are looking out for you medically, legally and financially, who have been through the process. read more

I've been going to Anderson chiropractic for about 2 years now and felt I should update my review about the great work happening there. I went for a routine "tune up" yesterday and woke up this morning feeling great. I can feel goodness radiating from my spine like something out of the oven radiates heat. That's a great way to start your day! The spine is alligned and nervous system is flowing free. Dr. Anderson is a consummate professional. One of the most affordable and practical things you can do to improve your life is go to a great chiropractor regularly. It feels good to feel good and everything else just falls into place. Thank you Greg, Dina and Shiela! read more

I am a dental hygienist, so my job forces me to sit all day. My back, neck and shoulders all pay the price. Although I don't experience constant pain or discomfort, I wanted to be proactive, and ensure I do everything possible to avoid an injury in the future. Dr. Anderson and his staff were friendly and welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. I have only been adjusted several times and I'm already impressed with how much better I feel! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Anderson since 2007. First off, I have to mention that he's the most genuine, kind, easy going sort of guy. It can be months (even years) between my visits sometimes and he still remembers me and my family. Sheila, Dr. Anderson's right-hand lady (aka the ninja who works the front desk and always manages to make appointments work with my crazy schedule), completes the "Dr. Anderson experience" with her warmth, knowledge, and quick wit. I always leave the office with a smile; they are such great people! The chiropractic work, itself, is exceptional. Dr. Anderson is very gentle. I was very anxious about chiropractic care (I mean, they crack your NECK for Pete's sake) and I nearly started crying at my first adjustment. Dr. Anderson took the time to calm my nerves and was incredibly patient with me. Since then, he has always had a very gentle touch, but still is able to sort me out and relieve problem areas. Dr. Anderson has seen me through four car accidents now. I also have a very active job and I enjoy being active in my down time. Dr. Anderson makes sure that my body is able to keep up with all my crazy activities. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Anderson if you are looking to find a good chiropractor. He's the best! Also, he is very knowledgeable with chiropractic care during pregnancy! He took care of me all during my pregnancy with my son. He even has a special table that you can use during adjustments when the standard table (and pregnancy pillow) become uncomfortable. read more

Dr. Gregg and his staff are the best! They are prompt, responsive, and very professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully recognized the ways to fix them. I feel great after my visit and would recommend Anderson Chiropractic to everyone! read more

My wife goes to Greg Anderson and he takes care of her aches and pains. After her first visit, she told me that he found issues that no doctor had ever discovered. After her third visit, she was able to scratch areas on her back that she hasn't been able to reach in 10 years. So, she has less pain, better range of motion and is on a treatment schedule that will really make a difference in her life. Thanks, Dr. Greg. read more

I went to Dr. Gregg Anderson after being rear ended and I had a wonderful experience. He was very informative and always explained everything he was doing. He always greeted me with a smile and always made me feel welcomed. I felt so much better after my visits and really feel that I recovered well and quickly due to my readjustments from Dr. Anderson. Whenever I had questions he would answer them in a way that I could understand. Dina and Sheila were always so kind! They knew my name after the first visit and always asked me how I was doing. Sheila was so helpful with information on insurance and was very nice. It was also always a pleasure speaking to Dina whenever I would go in for my appointments. She really made it a point to learn things about me and follow up on our past conversations. She was just the sweetest! Overall, my experience was amazing! I really felt like everyone there cared about me and didn't just see me as a patient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a chiropractor! :) read more

A few weeks ago I woke up with a sore neck and a big bulge on the left side. I must have slipped crooked. This sometimes happens but usually goes away within a few days. This time, however, it didn't. After a few weeks I was still in pain and the range of motion of my head was very restricked. Dr. Anderson examined me, did a few simple adjustments and within 3 visit I was back to feeling normal and pain free. He also suggested some stretches and exercises for me to do. And thank you for the back flosser - it really helps loosen up the tense muscles in my back and shoulders. read more

Dr Anderson is not just a great guy, he is a true professional, completely dedicated to his trade. I am a building contractor (for over 35 years). I have subjected my body to extreme wear and tear. I have been to acupuncture, yoga, physical therapy, had steroid injections, opiate medications and other therapies for pain relief. The one I value the most is seeing Dr Anderson. He has repeatedly "brought me back" I literally have been in the position where I had great difficult just to get to his office for treatments; then 6-8 weeks later I am almost completely pain free. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Go see him-you won't regret it! read more

This is THE best chiropractor I have ever been treated by! Dr. Anderson is kind, genuine, and knows what he is doing (and his office assistant, receptionist has worked with him for years, and she is SO helpful with navigating the insurance and everything else!). I first sought him out after my doctor met me with no answers. I was very pregnant (can't remember how many months) and I somehow messed up my lower back by stepping out of the shower. I couldn't walk, and was still working. My doctor couldn't figure out what to do, but rest, and had no idea of any chiropractors that treated pregnant women. Dr. Anderson got me walking again, and actually has a pregnancy table he built for his wife when she was pregnant with one of their children and needed to be adjusted. I was, and still am, eternally grateful! I am in the Medical Assisting program at CRC, and we are completing a Community Resource List as practice for creating a more formal one at our place of work in the future, and one of the first resources I thought of is Anderson Chiropractic! Thank you Dr. Anderson! read more

Dr. Anderson is definitely a 5+ chiropractor. He cared so much about his clients. Shelia who works at the front desk is so kind and polite and very educated as well. It's a very happy and calm establishment. Dr. Anderson always greets you with his wonderful smile and is very attentive to your concerns. The office is even open during State Holidays as he is very much aware of how many of his clients can only come in on their days off from work. A daily information newsletter goes out which Dr. Anderson writes, which is full of helpful ideas. At time you will even find Mrs. Anderson at the office. I guess you can say it's a family affair. My husband and I both come here. It's a safe place and Dr. Anderson has helped me a lot and continues to educate me so that I can avoid future injuries. Dr. Anderson helps people of all ages. One day he was helping a young girl and he was so caring and good with her. He truly wants you to feel better. I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else.
