Dr. Dina is amaaaaaazing! She is very intuitive, warm and caring. She's so good at what she does and honestly knows a little bit of everything. I always like to pick her brain for tips. I didn't know you can get chiropractic treatment during pregnancy and how beneficial it really is. I was pregnant during treatment and she helped me breeze through my last trimester. Pregnant mamas, you get to lay on your tummy with her special pillow while she heals your body! I believe that it was with my regular care here during the last trimester, that made birth easier. I've known Jeff Keon for years and have been in his care on and off for just about every ache and pain I've experienced. Dr. Dina is a miracle worker!!! I started going to Dr. Dina at the suggestion of my midwife when I was experiencing hip pain that I thought was just normal pregnancy pain but was in fact something that could be treated. Dr. Dina not only took away my hip pain in one session but continued to help me throughout my pregnancy. Sleeping on my left side every night caused extreme neck pain and lack of mobility, which even affected my ability to safely change lanes while driving. Dr. Dina again took away that pain immediately! She was a huge help throughout my pregnancy, making sure I was aligned and helping my baby get and stay in the right position for birth. But, she is not just a doctor or a chiropractor, she is an extremely kind, compassionate and empathetic person who provided more support during a difficult, high risk, and stressful pregnancy than she will ever know. After my baby was born, I returned to Dr. Dina and she is helping my body heal from pregnancy and childbirth. I developed a horrible case of plantar fasciitis and other complications and was in constant pain. After my first session back the pain had improved by at least 60% and every session it gets better and better! I am so incredibly thankful for Dr. Dina! I started visiting Dr. Jeff Keon about a month ago after at the suggestion of my personal trainer/fiance thought it would be a good addition to my fitness routine. I have a "desk job" (add in my commute time) and I'm stuck sitting from 7am - 6pm which had begun to cause pain in my shoulders, upper back, lower back and causing a slight rounding of my shoulders. I had never been to a Chriopractor before so I didn't know what to expect. During my first visit, Dr. Keon asked about my reason for appointment, what my daily routines are and began adjusting me. He was very gentle and explained what he was going to do before he did it. I felt relaxed and my pain decreased after a couple visits (which are only about 10 mins long now). What I really love is that he gave me tips to work on in my daily life to help decrease my discomfort, i.e. exercises to help roll back my shoulders and address my pelvic tilt, suggested a "standing desk" at work too. Well life got crazy and I haven't seen Jeff in about a month now... and boy do I need some adjusting! I think I'll give Elaine (his receptionist who is very nice) a call right now. read more

This place is perfect for me. So far I have been treated with genuine care for my lower back pain/osteoarthritis. Dr. Dina has displayed true concern for my health and asked a lot of questions about my history and pain. My previous chiropractor did not take the time to know me or understand my condition and immediately went to "adjusting" without knowing if the adjustments were right for me. I feel that my condition actually worsened after that experience. Dr. Dina restored my feelings of chiropractors by making sure to understand me first, giving me positive thoughts, and then proceeding to make small gentle adjustments. Small things like telling me that I am healthy really boosted my mentality towards my condition. That is what I took to heart when someone can help me think positive during my stressful and sometimes painful walk in life. Dr. Dina saved me during pregnancy (this was my first pregnancy). She will forever be my hero. I stared seeing Dr. Dina at 17 weeks pregnant. I had sciatica (pinched nerve) and kept we awake at night leading me to being very anxious since I had work the next day. Every week I would go to Dr. Dina and she would align my hips . I got my hips aligned 4 days before I went into labor. MY LABOR WAS REALLY FAST and I think seeing a chiropractor during pregnancy REALLY PLAYES A BIG ROLE. Dr. Dina is by far the best chiropractor I have ever been to and I have been to many over the past 30 years. Most will crack you or pop your back and neck. For me that usually creates more pain and does not address the problem. Many years ago when I first found Touch Chiropractic I had almost given up hope. I've had back pain since High School but I didn't start seeing Dr. Dina until after this Christmas. My lower back hurt so much that I could not sit through a 15 minute car ride to view the holiday decorations. Dr.Dina basically helped me be able to live my life again! Last year I had vertigo that none of my doctors could figure out why. I literally went to a bunch of different doctors in Sacramento. I didnt work for almost a month or do any daily activities I was used to because my vertigo was so bad. When I had my first visit with Dina she told me the source of my vertigo is my neck ( no doctor felt my neck before this occasion, which to this day drives me crazy) My neck did bother me here and there before but I never thought of how it could be so misaligned. I felt so much better after my visit. My vertigo definitely still was present but overtime it happened less and less the more I got adjusted. I firmly believe that getting adjusted a couple times a week at first helped my vertigo! I still visit Dina once a week because Im obsessed with the way I feel after adjustments.
