I was not happy at first when the car was delivered. I bought a demo car. While the outside was pristine and in a brand new kind of of look, the outside was not detailed enough. There were still dust in the car, foot step marks on the leather seats and candy wrappers inside.
On the flip-side, Bobby B (my salesman) is an amazing guy. He walked me through the steps and made my 3 hours stay in Lander a smooth one. He was efficient and was very knowledgeable. I have had several experience buying a car and most most them are nightmares. Working with Bobby B made feel comfortable and happy during and after the sales (except for the disappointing "so-called" detailing). I also applaud the finance person (Hayat i believe was her name) as she was easy to deal with and was willing to help. I did not feel pressured at all.
Everybody in a Toyota uniform as well was well mannered and helpful - from the ladies at the front desk, to the service men downstairs.
I think I will buy another car from here. Needless to say, I already shared my good experience with close friends and highly recommended this dealership. read more
