We cannot thank them enough for helping us make transport easier for those with special needs with our very strict budget. We will certainly be back! Thank you Phil and team.

They always give the best deal and I never feel pressured or uncomfortable. Most of my dealings were with Philip Lee and his Staff. What a bunch of great guys! Honest, respectful, courteous, gentleman. They are all very knowledgeable of all the vehicles they sell. All my family and friends always thank me for referring them to Edward Lee's Japanese Auto Centre. The friendly professional staff always leaves a great impression on everyone. And they always gets the deal done. I have never walked out of there without the best deal on a car. What's better than dealing with honest people with that much integrity by letting them take care of your car buying process. I could of never purchased this car or any other Nissan for the deal Edward Lee's gave me. To sum this up if you are in the market for a Nissan a Toyota or any Japanese Import, you would be making a big mistake not to stop in at Edward Lee's Japanese Car Centre and give them a chance to show you the difference that sets them apart from the rest. And from my personal experience I highly recommend them. Give them a shot you will not regret it!!!!!!

If I could give this dealership zero I would for disgraceful service!…read more I purchased a vehicle from Auto World and had my mechanic check it after it shock violently and came to a sudden stop only 2 days after buying it. They carried out a safety check and vehicle inspection and it was found that the car was not road worthy and would not even pass a pink slip. I contacted them and they requested I bring the car in but when I did they kept me waiting in their office for 2 hours and did nothing helpful, now they are not returning my calls. They outright refused to have my car repaired so now I have to go to Fair Trading and Tribunal to have my tyres, brakes and battery replaced. The management and safe are rude and when it came to honouring their responsibilities under the statutory 3 month warranty they walked away. If you value after sales service then I warn you DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DEALERS! I'm am not the only person this has happened to. I urge you to check google and facebook. This dealership was previously known as 'Everlast Motors'

The owner/manager was hiding from us. The receptionist was very evasive and did not even want to give us the full name if the owner. We kept calling them every week and they would give us different answers every time ( manager was not there, the cheque was already mailed etc etc). We had to complain to Fair Trading before we could get our money back. Do not deal with this shady business.

CONSIDER SERIOUSLY BEFORE YOU BUY ! (IF YOU ALREADY BOUGHT A CAR please read the entire review)…read more My personal experience was every other awful review you can read here combined and some more. SO... If you're thinking of buying a car from them and you test drove a car, think if you tried to check anything, if you where free to do so; if you test drove by yourself or with some of them in the car telling you what to do or where to go. Think about the many and probable red flags you saw. If you're reading reviews trust your gut that made you search for reviews before buying. PLEASE, go check other places, other cars, and compare your experience. Take an informed decision, don't let them pressure/rush you. I guess, there will be cases that you will buy a car and have no problems (otherwise I doubt they would still be in business), but read the reviews, buying a car from here is like gambling, you can get an incredible shitty experience too. So, is 50% 50%, think about it, are you willing to roll the dice on thousands of dollars ? If you bought a car(even if it's and old used car) and you got a lemon or a car with many and serious issues as soon as you drove away; when they told you the car had no problems, please record and take as much evidence as posible, do it as soon as you buy the car(piece of advice, get an 3rd party mechanic to check the entire car asap). I would say that you should record and make them put in writing as much as possible of the state of the car and any claims they make on the state of the car before buying, but if you do so... if you show them any sign that you are properly checking the car, chances are they will not sell to you. They will not even let you test drive the car in many cases. Seek legal advice, you might be able to get free legal advice from Legal Aid NSW or AccessLaw NSW, there are regional organisations that might also give you free legal advice depending where you live, call LegalAidNSW they will help you. If you struggle with English there are options in other languages too. Please also make a claim to Fair Trading NSW, that is the only hope at them getting some sort of repercussion for being so doggy. (Fair Trading NSW might also be able to guide you in getting legal advice and possible legal resolutions) And you can always make a claim at the NSW Civil Tribunal, you do not need to be represented by a lawyer, you can present the case on your own(but is always better to seek legal advice before taking any sort of legal action), make sure to have enough evidence. If you bought, the car is no good and they are rude and trying to wash their hands now, remember it doesn't matter whatever they say, how old the car is or how many kilometres it did... you're always protected by Australian Consumer Law ! (not every case is the same, please seek legal advice) If you're the owner/manager of this place, please consider changing your practices, the jig is up.
