I asked for $350 so I could get it detailed and couple dents removed and was denied. They tried to say was my friends doing that picked up the car and sent me 2 photos of the car taken from 5 meters away to prove their case. I told them to take as many photos as possible of the car before it left Sydney and that was not done either. My A/C for the car was working perfectly & had the A/C cleaned out a few years before nothing else identified wrong. Went to pick the car up today & all of a sudden no A/C at all just hot air. I was told the AC is broken & told it will be a further $800 to fix. The last few times l took the car for a service l felt that the level of servicing had deteriorated & mentioned my car was left idling incorrectly. I am left to think this was done deliberately to get more money out of customers what a rought. I will be definitely going to Department of Fair Trading.
