Edward Lee's is definitely the place to go! We, (a non for profit organisation), came in to…read moreEdward's on a very rigid budget for a wheelchair accessible bus, and Phil (worker) was able to deliver. We cannot thank them enough for helping us make transport easier for those with special needs with our very strict budget. We will certainly be back! Thank you Phil and team.

I recently purchased my 2004 Nissan Elgrand early last March 2013. This is just one of the many…read morevehicles i have purchased From Edward Lee's Japanese Auto Centre Concord over the past ten years. I would not go anywhere else. They always give the best deal and I never feel pressured or uncomfortable. Most of my dealings were with Philip Lee and his Staff. What a bunch of great guys! Honest, respectful, courteous, gentleman. They are all very knowledgeable of all the vehicles they sell. All my family and friends always thank me for referring them to Edward Lee's Japanese Auto Centre. The friendly professional staff always leaves a great impression on everyone. And they always gets the deal done. I have never walked out of there without the best deal on a car. What's better than dealing with honest people with that much integrity by letting them take care of your car buying process. I could of never purchased this car or any other Nissan for the deal Edward Lee's gave me. To sum this up if you are in the market for a Nissan a Toyota or any Japanese Import, you would be making a big mistake not to stop in at Edward Lee's Japanese Car Centre and give them a chance to show you the difference that sets them apart from the rest. And from my personal experience I highly recommend them. Give them a shot you will not regret it!!!!!!

3 years on, and I'm still being harrassed by these people…read more When this originally happened, I had posted the same review on Google. Terry Mullins then got one of his henchmen to post a completely spurious negative review of my employer's business out of spite and in retaliation. Given no choice, and facing pressure from my employer, I was forced to come to an agreement with Terry Mullins that we would each remove our reviews. So I removed my google review and he had his spurious review removed as well. That goes to show you the kind of bullies these people are. That agreement that I was arm-twisted into making was to remove the Google review. Not the Yelp review. Now, 3 years on, I'm receiving harrassing messages from Terry Mullins' daughter. See attached.

The driver's sun visor fell in front of my eyes at 110km/h on the freeway on the day I picked up the car. $110 replacement cost. Replaced the batteries in the remote fobs to find they didn't work. $110 for an after market unit to find that 2 of the doors didn't work with the central locking at all. A problem with the electric seat mechanism was identified as part of the pre-purchase inspection and "repaired". The dodgy 2nd rate repair snapped while driving causing the seat to suddenly moved backwards 200mm and tilt backwards 30 degrees. If this had happened at speed or in an emergency the result could have been disastrous. This was a LIFE THREATENING defect. $175 to replace the seat. Started blowing smoke, the cause of which still hasn't been determined but required a $270 service. Identified leaking tappet cover gaskets. Parts and labour to replace -$480. 4 weeks later failed ignition coil ran to $200 replacement cost which the mechanic discounted because we'd spent so much money with him. A week later and the passenger side sun visor has broken, and the check engine light is back on. Will wait until next rego to replace that, provided of course the engine doesn't fall out first. They obviously have a dirty back room deal with Autotune across the road to sign off on unroadworthy vehicles. They don't care about quality. They don't care about safety. Their only concern is making a quick buck. The main take away is this. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THE LYING, THIEVING, CRIMINAL CHARLATANS AT MOTOR GALLERY. (Car finally flogged off to a wrecker for a fraction of the purchase price)
