I am always on the lookout for "great" customer service experience. First time to Audi service -- it all started with being able to make my booking from the web/iPhone. Then arriving to my drive in concierge, greeted at the reception by a smile, and offer for coffee and/transport.
I said I was just going to run -- "I can do that in a take away cup if you like sir", hmm.. Do you have soy? "We don't but if you are ok to wait a minute I can go downstairs to the cafe and bring you up one" :) cool. Full iPad check in, and service details emailed to my account.
I ended up staying for a bit as their was a free shuttle to Surry hills and wifi as well for me to write this review.
Sam also showed me how they have the latest tech.
So.. They just came over to me to tell me the shuttle is 5 mins away, and offered me a muffin on yoghurt.
I am going to start hiring some of these people :) read more
