Giving this business one star is like a serious Joke. firstly, they only do discount by hundreds. They put a car price at $25000 and offer you a discount of $360. The same car, you can actually buy it at $20,000 elsewhere. if you wanna push up the selling price, please be slightly generous at reduction. Secondly, they charge you around $3000 for a GPS when you can actually use Google Map on your phone. Not sure what is the industry standard, but it is not Year 2000 anymore. GPS this technology is not an exclusive patent. The Worst thing, when you want to trade in a car. Be aware to take your car key back ASAP. Because they will try to stall you by not giving back your own car key. ( i am not talking about 20 mins but spent 2 hours telling them, "we are not interested in the car any more, give me my key back"). Really regret for not CONTACTING THE POLICE and wasted the entire afternoon there. If you prefer pressure selling strategy, and risk your own car, waste your own time. I was looking for a deal on a Honda Civic 2018 "Hail Damaged" VTI-S and made an offer $19,000 "yes i know how much this this are going for" and Alro Honda BLACKTOWN had it for $24,990 i know my offer was low and i have even pushed it to go to $19,500 because i know its there last clearance day sale on Sunday 18/03/2019 . First i had a call from a Danny and said for $20000 come in and see what he can do but i said if you cant reach it i dont want to waste my time coming in. When i tried to get back to him I had a lady name Ally answer the phone and i told my final price was $19,500 and i also said i dont want to waste my time but both told me to come in. The thing what upset me most is i came all the way from the city while raining hard with my family and my 4 year old daughter hoping and anticipating that the offer will be honored! And i did mention im ready to sign and dont want to waste my time coming back for nothing twice. As soon as i got in Danny spoke to me and said $20000 and I said il have a think to show my dad and Brother the car. but when i was ready to negotiate another person came in the picture and said they cant do $20000!!! so whats up with that Alto Honda!!! if you couldnt meet my offered price why waste my time and the last guys approach me said i wasted there time for offering that price! When they could have told me NO in the first place. Now tell me Alto Honda should i have reason not to be upset about this!!! I was told the car was ready to go, and asked if I would to pick it up on the weekend. I advised that wanted to get an independent inspection of the vehicle by NRMA, then what do you know, within an hour I get a call from Alto Honda telling me a few major issues were discovered with the car, and that it would take at least a week to repair. After contemplating the likelihood of their story actually being true, I came to the conclusion that it was likely this "used car salesmen" was living up perfectly to the stereotype. Naturally, I requested my $500 deposit back. Moments later, I received a 30 minute phone call from an abusive, bullying, sleazy 80's salesmen, telling me I was "locked in" to a contract, and "committed" to proceeding with a purchase - he even attempted to say that I was legally obliged to proceed with the purchase, absolutely pathetic. I demanded my deposit back, to a last remark that I'd be paying a 5% fee for not proceeding with the sale. Anyhow, over 5 emails later and constant calls, I heard nothing from Honda Alto for exactly 28 days. Seeking alternative measures, I requested that my bank return my deposit to me, as I was refused from Honda Alto - then low and behold, Alto Honda contacts me to return my money. If you're wondering whether you should shop at Honda Alto, I would advise even my worst enemies against it - for me it has been nothing but frustration and disbelief that such a place is still operating. I've never written a negative review before this one, and I've never experienced worse service. Would never recommend to a friend or use again. Happy shopping :). read more

- Feel like being degraded? - Keen on wasting valuable time? - Want to be treated like a second-class citizen when buying a car? I recently left work early, still dressed in a suit and tie, drove for over an hour to check out and test drive a car, only to be told that I wasn't able to test drive it unless I was going to buy it straight after the test drive. Call me crazy, how am I meant to know that I'm going to buy the car before I've even driven it?! I was a qualified buyer, that already has my financing arranged and was ready to buy if the car and price was right. I'd even gone to the trouble of bringing a mechanic with me!! I had to laugh when I was told to test drive other cars and then come back later to test-drive the one they're trying to sell. I should point out that I had called them 5 hours in advance to let them know I was coming in and wanted to test drive the particular car I was interested in buying. Even more ludicrous was when the salesman was telling me that the car had gone through a 125 point safety check, so I could be confident the car was in great condition. My mechanic asked him was what actually involved in the "125 point check", to which he replied he didn't know. Classic! Don't waste your time even contemplating buying a car from these guys. I only wish I could send them an invoice for my wasted time. read more
