He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution. One of the valves in the the sprinkler box had a hairline crack that was causing the leak. The valves were cleaned up as the enclosure had flooded and gotten all muddy. Cam replaced the defective part and we tested the system for leaks and proper watering functions. I will keep Cam in my homeowners' rolodex for services. He is well-versed in his field and has the professional experience to handle small or large jobs. Thanks for getting my system back online!

Cam was able to come out THAT day, something no one else could do - diagnose the problem - which was major, and fix everything. He is a GREAT communicator which is huge for me, because not everyone in the sprinkler industry is good at texting or communicating things. I love having a contractor that I can trust to get the job done without having to micro manage them - Cam is one of those contractors A+.

I was also having an issue with the drip line in my sprinkler system. He was able to find the problem quickly and fixed it at a good price. The issues we had are related to the copper pipe work. I would not recommend him for those types of jobs. On his first trip to our house, he left such a downward angle in the piping that I wouldn't be able to drain all of the water out in the fall. He agreed to come out and correct the issue. On his second visit, he redid the pipe work but somehow made everything worse. There was still a downward slope on the inlet pipe to the backflow preventer (see picture), and the outflow pipe was now crooked. I ended up paying another company to come out and correct his mistakes. I would recommend Dan for poly pipe problems. I would NOT recommend him for any copper pipe work. I don't think that's his area of expertise.

When you have a busted head and water is shooting everywhere, you want someone there yesterday, not next Tuesday. The price was reasonable, though, I'll give them that. The technician knew what he was doing and got the head fixed pretty quickly once he arrived. What I appreciated was that he also took the time to adjust my Rachio controller settings without me even asking. That was a nice touch since most irrigation guys fix the immediate problem and bolt. The work itself was solid - no complaints there. The new head is working perfectly and hasn't given me any issues since. It's just that initial response time that knocked them down from what could've been a 4-star experience. Would I call them again? Probably, but I'd plan next time instead of treating it like an emergency. If you're not in a rush and want decent work at a fair price, they'll get the job done.
