No, their advertised physical address is not a real place of business. Yes, you will get very familiar with the Secretary of State website. At least it will save you a few hours a year from now when you start exploring legal options. His employees are nice, but Jeremiah won't respond to calls or texts, and he won't show up for appointments even if you can get him to make one. I'm also pretty sure he faked selling his company in order to get out of his agreement with us. If he's still in business today, then that's exactly what he did. (60$) I kept up w the service because the quality was often good. Today if was terrible. The lawn guy Dee took his time with the front, and rushed through the back. There were patches of grass mulch everywhere and pushed up against the house. Edges not trimmed, weeds neglected from obvious areas of growth ( along the fence, behind the a/c units) When I tried to point out that I was not pleased and asked him to come back he made excuses, told me he wasn't going to fix it, showed me a flyer of a company that could fix my weeds, and basically let me know I had to deal with the horrible backyard. I paid half the rate since he really only did half the yard.. I told him to remove me from the route and no longer needed his services, his reply is "sounds good to me" Long story short. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The professionalism is not there. This guy knows that his work was deplorable today, yet instead of apologizing and trying to come fix the issue he chose to get offended and then offend me the customer who once had customer loyalty.
