She is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and an expert in her field. Besides her pleasant personality and demeanor, what stands out most is her determination to find the absolute best hearing aids for my specific needs and lifestyle. She doesn't rush through the process; instead, she takes the time to thoroughly explain my hearing test results, discuss different options, and patiently answer all my questions. She is committed to getting the fit and settings just right, making adjustments as needed until everything is perfect. Thanks to her expertise and persistence, I now hear so much better in everyday situations--conversations are clearer, I can hear my ESL students much more clearly, and I'm no longer frustrated in noisy situations or group settings because I can now hear the conversations. Follow-up appointments are through and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Jill Davis to anyone dealing with hearing issues. She's not just an audiologist--she's caring, dedicated, and genuinely invested in her patients' success. Five stars aren't enough!

I'm a disabled veteran who ask back in 2021 if the could have my hearing aids cleaned. They told me…read morethey lost my hearing aids and said to have the VA make an appointment with them but it took 3 years to get approval and once I went for an appointment the doctor is on ZOOM on the east coast. After fitting the hearing aids still didn't sound right and told I would get use to them. NO. This is the 5th pair I owned and the VA paid around $20,000 for aids that I'll never wear. Said it be 3 months to get an appointment for adjustment. Rude. No communication and I am still deaf. VA LIES AND VETERANS DIE and their Community Care is just as bad.

It's been a year since I stepped through the doors of Dr. Hernandez's office…read more I was angry and frustrated after suffering for years with my hearing loss. I was upset that the whole world didn't speak louder or provide me with a better environment to understand what was being said. After we would go out on the town with friends my wife would state "you didn't say much tonight". I would try to explain how I couldn't comprehend the dialog and just tuned out. I can't believe I allowed myself to suffer for so long but I understand the average patient waits 4 years or more. How much would you pay to get one of your senses back? NewSound makes it affordable to hear again and my life has changed for the better since last year. It's taken me a while to get accustomed to hearing which direction noise is coming from and I for one enjoy the squeals and whispers from my grandchild. Jesse and Dr. Hernandez are a GREAT team and if you're wanting to hear better please seek them out. What........are........you........waiting........for?

I've had hearing problems for a large part of my life. I've had a few operations that helped but…read morefinally got the point where I needed hearing aids. I had to go to my Ear, Nose & Throat Doctor for something else and had a hearing test there. The Audiologist let me borrow a pair of hearing aids for a week. I loved being able to hear better and was pretty interested in getting a pair. Their cost was approximately $5,000 for the pair. I went to Costco and took another hearing test (same results for both, I'm missing a lot of high-frequency sounds). Costco had equivalent hearing aids for $1,500 and $1,600. A huge difference in price. I worked with Jaicel, a marvelous young woman who really knows what she's doing. She was really a pleasure to deal with as well. A few months after I got them one of them started acting up. The rechargeable battery in one of them wasn't holding a full charge. I decided to get a different brand rather than have it repaired (you have a 6 month money-back guarantee with Costco). The new ones work even better and I like the way they sound too (all hearing aids sound a little different). My sister, who's been putting off getting hearing aids for a long time is going later this month to get a pair from Costco too. It's sad that Medicare doesn't cover hearing aids. That's a shame as who needs them more than older people? However, saving several thousand dollars by getting professional quality hearing aids from Costco is a big help.
