I thought the chaos and confusion were related to AWR but was wrong this business is every bit as impossible to deal with as they were and Sherry Nyman is the common denominator. I was barely given two weeks noticed that Nyman had changed her practice. Helio Health is a cash only business (pushing subscriptions) for hormone replacement; peptide therapy; vaginal cosmetics; GLP's and other weight loss drugs. I went there to follow up on my hormone therapy which had been managed by Nyman. They refused to fill my thyroid (no explanation); heavily tried to sell me their vitamins and clearly did not read my intake form. Every part of this visit was rushed and confusing. I had to ask for routine bloodwork to monitor the hormones and was forced to pay for an order rather than using the one my insurance pays for. Everyone from the front office to the medical assistant and the PA was unfriendly and rude. So without my regular hormone prescriptions I had to find a medical professional to manage my hormones and wellness and he even volunteered the bloodwork I was forced to pay for at HelioHealth was inadequate so of course I had to have that repeated and pay for it.
