I feared I was gonna get told that my present aids are outdated and I need to spend 7k to replace them. But no, it went much more positively than that. I melted under the kindness and care of new staff at Victory Hearing and Balance. They told me that my aids were still state of the art except for non rechargeable batteries, I found out I can replace parts for reasonable fees and also there is an app that can locate lost devices!
