The last time I needed my sewer unblocked Roto-Rooter cleaned it out and it stayed clear for almost 19 years! Lauren informed me a technician would respond within two hours. Ten minutes later, I received a call back and was informed a technician was on the way. Ten minutes after that call...Franklin arrived. I was very impressed with Franklin. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and apparently very experienced. He got right to work and cleared out my main sewer line in under twenty minutes. No fuss...no mess...no issues.
