You bought a house but it was not disclosed to you that there was a problem with the plumbing, so you have to take it upon yourself to call your own plumber, but when they guys show up, they immediately ask they can use your bathroom and for over two hours they take turns going in and out of there taking huge mud pies and over flushing, then they go in there together and you hear a bunch of scrounging around and then you hear a bunch of yelling, and one of them is standing in the bathroom doorway shouting at you that his friend's foot's stuck in the toilet, and he says "help him! You gotta help him!" And when you go in there to help him he just pulls it out easily and laughs because his foot wasn't stuck. It wasn't stuck at all he was just faking it. And then they get really serious and say "It's turbo time!" and they both start running around the house as fast as they can and jumping over the couches, but when you try and jump in they yell at you and they say "YOU'RE NOT PART OF THE TURBO TEAM! DON'T RUN. YOU DON'T RUN WITH US! WE'RE THE ONES WHO RUN! UNTIL YOU'RE PART OF THIS TURBO TEAM, WALK... SLOWLY!" . So you go and lay down to be by yourself and read your art books, but then the next day you went to the bathroom and it looked like the hole in your toilet had shrunk. You said, "How could that be? There's no way they could have shrunk the toilet." but then you saw in the trash, a receipt from Home Depot for a toilet the exact same size as yours, but with a joke hole that's just for farts! They replaced your real toilet with a fart toilet! And now you can't take a dump in your house, cause your toilet can't suck them down, and you feel sick to your stomach! Has that ever happened to you?

He was also able to advocate for the work to both of our insurance providers, and though this ultimately wasn't successful, I still very much appreciated the thought that went into the very sound structural proposal. I can also say that both Tommy and Matthew dealt with me as a very frustrated customer in the beginning, largely due to previous interactions from other companies that were not helpful or responsive. Even still - they were able to calmly analyze the problem and suggest a permanent fix that should be stable for years to come. Also, a huge thanks to the whole crew of guys who left at 830 pm, after being here since 9am working nonstop to get as much done as soon as possible. I'm sure that the rain and snow melt didn't help! Imagine the biggest fright happening on Halloween morning - the discovery of a ceiling leak from our upstairs bathroom. Thankfully, I've been bookmarking different vendors from our local neighborhood Facebook groups, and I kept seeing one name being recommended for plumbing work -- Force Plumbing. Every person that's recommended Force Plumbing have said they were excellent with pricing and reliable. Since it wasn't an emergency call, we contacted them on the next business day, and I gave them some info about our issue, and although they had a full schedule, they said they would try to fit us in. I received an automated text through their service app as soon as a technician was on the way around 2:30pm. Our technician Joe was able to take a quick look and gave us an upfront pricing estimate and overall scope of the work that might be needed. We decided to go with Force since we wanted the work to be done right then. He had all the tools and parts in his van, and was able to repair our leak in 90 minutes, and even gave us advice about potential repairs and a timeline of what we should expect needs to be done in our bathroom. He even cleaned up everything after the repair. Thanks to Force Plumbing for coming to our rescue and thanks to Joe for all his knowledge and for fitting us into his day! PS. Our household has been cautious during Covid with risks, and I really appreciated that Joe was masked and gloved the whole time while working in our home despite the strenuous work of lifting the toilet and doing repairs!
