I visited yesterday and ordered a matcha and a donut. Shortly after placing my order, I realized I…read morewanted to change the drink. I communicated this change very quickly to the staff member before she had begun preparing the beverage. Moreover, the new drink I requested actually cost the same as the one I originally purchased. Although she agreed to make the new drink, her body language and facial expression made it clear that she was annoyed by the request. When the drink was finished, it was noticeably underfilled, leaving a surprisingly large gap between the liquid and the lid. Unfortunately, the taste of the drink itself was also disappointing, as it mostly just tasted like milk rather than matcha. Finally, I was disappointed with the value for the price. The donut I ordered was quite small, yet it cost around five dollars. I understand that people have hard days, and I typically do not write reviews, but I wanted to share this feedback so these issues can be addressed internally.
