Jo at the front desk was SO nice and made sure to cover a lot of information about the process with time in a way that made it feel less stressful. Sean, who worked on my car, goes out of his way to meet each person who brings their car in. He also took the time to ask how I was after the accident. The on-site rental car services truly couldn't have been easier. I can tell the two companies work together to make the process as seamless as possible. Exceptional was transparent about timelines and has an online system where you can track progress. They called me to let me know about any delays and made sure I was aware when my car was ready. Cliff and Boomer are not only VERY good at what they do, but they have the two rarest qualities in repair guys: they're dead honest and incredibly fair about pricing. My wife and I have brought our cars to them for years, and every single time, without fail, they do what they say they'll do, they tell us what does NOT need to be done, and their fees are comparable or cheaper than anyone else around. I wouldn't take my car to anyone else, and you shouldn't either. By the way, the address is listed as Brown street, but they're really at the corner of Acton and Concord Streets in Maynard.

I am VERY picky about my cars. I have referred many of my friends to them and they are all very pleased with the collision repairs and detailing of their cars. They also offer "Water Transfer Printing" now which is really cool way to transfer graphic designs like camouflage and carbon fiber to anything you want from Guns to Motorcycle tanks. Kal is a great communicator, explaining every step of the repair and taking the time to describe what is necessary and what is not. He has easily saved us hundreds of dollars in repairs by fixing only what was necessary and, just as important, proactively fixing the small things before they became big things. The shop and waiting areas are immaculate (including the bathrooms!) and WiFi is provided. I recently bought a used car from Kal -- what a great experience! We talked about what I needed (and wanted) and he found me the perfect vehicle. I could not be more pleased. I have the utmost respect and complete trust in Kal.

They text the date of when the car will be ready and each time have finished on the date they specified. They are very helpful when picking up and dropping off a rental car. The rental car is dropped off at Aldrich when you are done with it and when your vehicle is dropped off for repair a van from the rental agency takes you over to the rental shop to pick up the rental vehicle. Super convenient. They send out timely messages on the status of the car as they are working on it. When you are initially getting an estimate they take a look, assess the damage and then return the car and give you a date to bring it in while they order the parts. That way the car is back with you until they get parts and then you bring it in. If you find anything that might seem n0ot quite right they take you right in and fix it immediately (the same day). The women at the front desk are extremely helpful and the person who takes a look at your car is great (Jamie). I highly recommend this business for autobody work. My car looks great!

The charges on the invoice are ridiculous, unnecessary and were not authorized by me. When I asked about these fees, one of the owners had the audacity to lie about the location of my vehicle at the time of the tow and lie about the weather conditions- to give reason for the winching and the wrapping of windows- which were never an issue as it was not raining and they had the key and could have rolled up the windows themselves. In addition, they threw in some stupid yard fee, an administrative fee, and a service time fee. But they gave me a break on a gate fee of $100.00. And their idea of helping me with the bill was asking me if I wanted to give them the title to my vehicle and pay the $200.00 This place is a f**kin' joke. They may get my money for now, but I'm sure to get it back in the very near future. They aren't taking my car either. Funny how Fitchburg Police use a "Auto Body & Repair" shop and how many people lose their cars because they can't pay the bull$hit fees these vampires charge to release a vehicle.
