Pal, the manager at Lamps Plus in Oceanside, walked me through every aspect of the purchase, from choosing the style, size, manufacturer, warranty, bulbs, and shipping. He took the time necessary to listen to my needs and helped me to review many selections and ultimately make an excellent choice. He also recommended coordinating LED bulbs. The lights were installed on a clubhouse building in an apartment home community and have elevated the look of the entire property. I would highly recommend Lamps Plus in Oceanside and Pal for the personalized service and care given for this project. I would choose Lamps Plus again for any future lighting needs. I have been to this Lamps Plus store in Oceanside a few times in the last several months, and each time I have received tremendous service and help in choosing from a vast array of options. This last time, Pal, the store manager, helped me, and he was outstanding as well. He helped me find a light fixture for my bathroom, along with the bulbs that would be the most appropriate for that fixture. This is not the kind of store where someone can go in without guidance and support; there are simply too many items and options from which to choose. Really needed a ceiling fan in the bedroom, was sorry I hadn't done that during the remodel. So I trucked on over to Lamps Plus because I found a fan I liked on their website. Well, they didn't have it in stock but they ordered it and a few days later I drove back and picked it up. Kerri was the one who helped me and she was super nice and helpful. I also talked to the manager, Pal, who tried to get me an earlier install date. Great customer service. They have installers and if you use their installers they warranty it for 2 years. If anything goes wrong, they come back and fix it. If you don't use their installers, no warranty and if anything goes wrong you have to take the fixture down and take it back to the store. Yeah, like that's gonna ever happen.... The installers came right on time, exactly when they said they would. They were very friendly, they put up the lamp and hooked it up to a remote, they cleaned up after themselves, and I was a happy camper. Even though I ordered without seeing it, it was the perfect color and texture for the bedroom. Air and light coming from the ceiling! read more

Gotta say the service and products here are great. I needed to replace all my exterior fixtures for security and energy efficiency. Christian is a very patient sales manager and helped me select the right style for my home. The lights arrived within 24hrs! The quality was also great (John Timberland fixtures). Dusk too dawn motion sensor lights worked perfectly - they dim to 10% until motion is detected. Jennifer (the Mgr) threw in the correct light bulbs no charge. I love this store! Everything is so cool. They carry beautiful and good quality products. I have several light fixtures along with accent chairs which are amazing.
