Only the director should be dealing with them behind the scenes; not staff, and especially not parents...THE OWNERS NEED TO TAKE A STEP BACK and let her do her job as a director. Until they do that, I don't see this place lasting through the year as they keep loosing staff and kids without gaining any new ones.

The staff keeps me informed about my child's care and they always have ways the parents can participate with special events. Each classroom has camera's where you can check in on your little one if needed. Most of the teachers have worked there a relatively long time. They seem happy and treated well. Any time a concern popped up, it was addressed immediately . I feel completely comfortable leaving my child in their care.

I could not have asked for a better support team at a school for our young one. They are great at teaching AND caring for/loving your precious little ones. Online classes are available for the first half of the course which worked very well with school schedules. Three out of four of the instructors we dealt with were excellent; they gave good instructions, had a lot of patience and even more humor. The 4th instructor was a little impatient and inflexible in his directions. Oh well. The cars are clean and in good shape. Beki at the front desk went out of her way to make certain things ran smoothly and well for the clients; she puts customers first. This a very thorough teaching school; it might take a little longer than some of the other schools that seem to be popping up, but your new driver will be better for it.

Kleb enforces dumb rules such as a ban of keychains on IDs because they can't "see the id". The dress code also sucks here. I have seen shorts so short I could see butt cheeks but you can apparently get dressed coded for a tail. A lot of teachers SUCK. Whether it's creepy teachers or teachers that don't teach, most suck in some way. You do however, have like 12 good teachers, but those are usually for CTE,Fine Arts, or social studies. The Staff suck the most though. They can't do their job properly. Most students feel unheard. They tend to ignore reports that students make when uncomfortable of a teacher, and even if they try, blame is immediately put on the student.In May, a lot of Klein ISD schools were recognizing Mental Health Month, and Kleb completely ignored it and only celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week (which there is not much to appreciate). Teachers have seen students struggling (like if a student has visible cuts from self harm) and nothing is done. The school is also sorta homophobic. There was a gym teacher that wouldn't let my friends hug or sit close together because they were gay. Subtle bullying is also a problem here. Some kids think they rule because of their skin color or their trendiness. They make fun of other kids for things like hair color, sexuality, gender, fashion style, pronouns , etc. Please avoid this school at all costs. You"re better off homeschooling or sending them somewhere else. Even though they have high grades, safety is more important then education.

In the infant room babies are left to cry it out (even two months olds) and in the toddler room kids are forced to become independent before they are ready. Montessori is all about following the child but there they want a 18 months old to be able to dress themselves and leave them to cry out of frustration for up to an hour. I have picked my daughter up in soiled diapers several times and In numerous occasions the diapers leaked through her pants. If you have special dietary restrictions be sure that they will be ignored even if you specifically write them out. My vegan daughter got dairy and eggs for 2 months until I finally found out about it. They will put children in danger. They put my daughter into an adult sized chair during a meltdown and let her fall off TWICE and did not even repay the unused tuition for that month when I finally took her out of the school. Tried to meet with them for a month but it never ended up coming to a meeting since the owner insisted that 2 other employees should be part of the meeting which shows that she doesn't even truly care about the situation. I'm a small town girl that went to small town high school. Could not even imagine going to school…read moreat a place so large. I can't even think how the students get to their classes on time. However, on this particular check in, I was attending an event on a Saturday to watch my niece sing. It was a community event called a Fall Festival where different groups were performing from neighboring schools. That's all well and good, but there was no signage outside telling people the exact location to come in and buy tickets. From observation (and a text from a family member) assisted me in finding the right entry to the event. Inside, there isn't much signage to direct one to different parts of the school. You know how in stores they have arrows pointing you in the direction of a location (i.e. restroom, gym, cafeteria)? Not here. Would have been helpful. Once again, observation led me to the direction of the outdoor event, which I missed by a longshot because I was told my niece's performance would last from 11:30-12 and I still missed it even though I arrived by 11:45 :/ In all honesty, that comment was directed towards the organizers of the event who charged $2 for entry, but to host the festival at a place that lacks signage is not good. I can imagine some new kid trying to find classes on the first day becoming extremely overwhelmed by a place like this. I'm sure it's a great school, just had a doughy brained designer!
