I was dropping my daughter off and I saw a child crying. The teacher strapped her down into a…read morestroller, turned her around away from everyone & let the child scream & cry to get out. There was not enough toys for each child to have 1 toy each. When I mentioned it, a couple days later I saw them dump a bucket of old dirty used toys onto the floor. My daughter got bit & scratched and they didn't know how it happened.( there was around 5 kids in her class). ( I only kept her there a couple weeks because I started noticing these things and found another daycare to put her in asap) . Also they didn't have a refrigerator in the classroom to keep milk in, so the milk would be left in sippy cups all day hot. They would play videos ( I'm guessing YouTube kids) on an iPad everyday for the kids to watch. What was worse is not all the kids could see it, and they didn't have any toys to play with. they would put the couple toys they did have away. So they were just in this room with nothing to do. Their arts and crafts consisted of them taking a picture of the child holding a marker etc and then they would take it back from the child and give it to the next one to take a picture with. It was truly awful. There were cops there one day. No one is ever at the front or able to answer the phones. The cameras are always down & they point them where you can't see the majority of the class rooms anyway. Huge staff turnover & shortages all the time. My kids are doing so much better at this school than the public school and day care that they came from. Our first grader is already reading well and is doing addition problems with amazing speed! He is also learning to play the piano after school with the optional lessons that we signed up for. The kids are learning many songs and they sing regularly in chapel once a week. We also like the art classes that they are in. We love the wearing of uniforms - no problems with what to wear to school in the mornings! The staff and teachers are wonderful and communicate with parents regularly. The kids are learning good manners and how to treat others! They are also learning how to do friendly competitions with other groups at the school. A real win-win for us!

We had high hopes for when we enrolled our son here. We had previously left a Kiddie Academy due to…read moremoving and we're so excited to find there was on near our new home. The experiences could not have been more different. The staff overall never seemed to know what was going on. Every day we would pick him up, the teachers would barely speak to us and because they were not fully filling out the communications portal, we had no idea how his day was. This brand has great curriculum and we saw our son grow tremendously at his prior location. Here, the kids just play all day while the staff stand around. It wasn't until the last week we were there that we started getting any hint that they were being taught the curriculum. There were also numerous times we picked him up and he had a full diaper, dried poop on his bottom, or he was in new clothes but we were not given the original clothes to take home to wash. We pulled our son after a month due to all of those reasons. I truly hope their staff gets trained up and leadership enforces the processes and standards these kids deserved. I will say, the morning staff (especially the woman who is in the 2 year old room) we dropped him off with were very friendly, he was comfortable with them, he always looked like he was having fun in the photos we got, and we never were concerned for his well being. Ultimately we just needed to do what was in the best interest of our son and find a better childcare facility with stronger communication and where we believe the students are growing and developing.

Our children are able to have a safe space to be themselves with gentle guidance and clarity on school expectations. They have learned so much and have surpassed developmental milestones. I absolutely love the foundation of them learning who God is and how he plays a major part in our lives. Our oldest attended a public charter school for Kindergarten and half of 1st grade before re-enrolling her back into BCA. We have seen a huge improvement in her reading, writing, spelling and confidence. Our youngest went through having behavior kids biting and attacking her before teachers even noticed at her previous daycare. We have seen a huge improvement in her behavior and confidence as well. She knows how to spell and working on writing her own name at 3yrs of age. The faculty and staff work together to provide a safe and close knit community for our children.
