I love how each grade level has a whole separate wing and that 5th grade is totally off to themselves. The cafeteria is spacious and well organised. Their stage isn't huge but exceptionally prepared. The teachers present not all of them work at Williams all the time but they were super friendly helpful and supportive. The nurse called me days ahead of time to make sure I had the paperwork and medications ready in case my son had an asthma attack while he was there. He came home exuberant each and every day talking about what he had done and who he had played with - something he rarely ever does with his zoned school. If they operate like this during the normal school year I am envious of all the people who's children are lucky enough to attend this campus.

Anytime I call the bus barn it's an excuse. The last straw was today when my kids had to wait outside in the cold rain and the bus was almost 30 minutes late. And this previous Friday my kids didn't get on the bus until after 8 because the driver skipped us and didn't want to turn around so they sent a different bus completely. Their excuse to me was there's a sub driver. Absolutely ridiculous.

I loved Ms Dawn and Ms Elizabeth at the front desk who were extremely welcoming and friendly , they so easily adapted my needs and requests through out our time there; and his teacher Mrs Galueicha has been in the school for a long time and has perfect patience, and cheerful disposition with children. She had quiet a charm on my son who would come home more happier, and much more chattier too I loved how she had a positive impact on my child and taught him so many wonderful things besides academics. They also have a massive playground, with trees and beautiful garden sections; and partitioned to suit different age group- its that personalized! but best of all its still got that old school kind of feeling of warmth and care free style,that not many schools offer.

I began to see how isolating the school was and then proceeded witnessing an incident in real time via camera in which consistent bullying, isolating and lifting a child by the arm from the floor occurred all within the first 20min of the child entering the classroom. Immediately, I removed my child from the class. There was no accountability from the directors, who blindly believed the teacher without offering to review camera footage. I had to go above them to the district manager, even while we all watched the footage together the directors did not own their mistake which was clearly on tape! I will say the district manager apologized profusely, and was shocked at the behavior on tape and by the directors. So disheartening when you've invested YEARS and thousands of dollars in a school to just know in the end that does not matter even when faced with proof and facts you are nothing but a number and easily replaced.
