I had previously taken it to another repair spot, and they not only broke one of the ceramic links, but I had to go back twice because they didn't install the pins properly. So my watch fell right off my wrist within 30 mins of leaving the shop on the mainland. Grateful to have found this little gem here on island. I have gone in the ocean several times with the watch, snorkel quite a bit, and it is still intact. Mahalo!!!

I let it dry overnight but by morning it still wasn't working. Luckily, I brought it in and Ashley and Levi explained what they could do to fix it starting with a complete drying of the iPhone. Ashley took it apart and they showed me where there was still salt water inside my phone and where it was starting to rust the metal. They dried the phone thoroughly then replaced the screen. Andre…read moreappraised it for $157,000 but my insurance company wouldn't accept the appraisal he gave me because he isnt a certified appraiser. Guess what? Took it to a real appraiser who sent it off to the Gemological Institute of America .... came back that the stone had a special treatment added to it to make the diamond appear to have a better color that it naturally has. New appraisal $60k. Andre of course has no idea how that happened.
