One of the repairs required extra attention, and I appreciated how the shop kept me updated throughout the process and called as soon as everything was ready. Their craftsmanship, communication, and genuine care make them a rare find. Took it to a real appraiser who sent it off to the Gemological Institute of America .... came back that the stone had a special treatment added to it to make the diamond appear to have a better color that it naturally has. New appraisal $60k. Andre of course has no idea how that happened.
