Extremely honest! Quick and efficient. This place is mostly a trophy shop but they do some basic watch repairs. Watch stem broke on the clasps on the flight in to Hawaii, and they replaced it for a Lone $! I laughed when she told me the cost. I was expecting at least 3-5$. read more

I called for instructions on how to get to their store and the instructions were very clear. In less than a minute the gentleman who attended to me got the wrist watch for my daughter opened and gave me the diagnosis. The battery leaked or water got in and corroded the mechanism. Battery could not be removed. So I asked him what I owed him for his trouble shooting...he did not charge me a penny. Thank you very much for an excellent service! read more
