Thank you Victoria...you were so wonderful to offer to change the loop on the pendant i very much wanted but loop was too small on it and would not fit on my omega necklace; you searched your pieces to find a loop big enough to fit and asked for one hour to have it soldered on to the perfect PLUMERIA pendant i had been looking for! THANK YOU for your great service, excellent pricing, and taking care of me and my daughter who picked out baby matching earrings. read more

Lahaina Jewelry - GOLD PLUMERIA PENDANT - Jewelry Near Me - Lahaina, Hawaii

My experience here was wonderful! The first time I came in, the owner greeted me and then left me to my own devices. Unlike most jewelry stores I've been to, she wasn't breathing down my throat trying to get a sale from me. The second time I came in, she got the ring I was looking at out of the case and put it on. It ended up being too expensive for me, even with a discount, but she was very lovely and understanding about that. She ended up finding an even more gorgeous ring for me within my price range! I didn't see a piece of jewelry in here that wasn't stunning, and the owner is extraordinarily pleasant and fair with prices. Highly recommend, and this will be my first stop next time I visit Maui! read more

We love Victoria and her shop. She is a dedicated wonderful sweet lady who we have been buying from and became friends with over the last 25+ years or so. We are so devastated to see what has happened to Lahaina in the past days and we are praying for you Victoria and all the people of Maui. Let us know you are ok. Much love from your Texas family! read more

I purchased two rings and one Hawaiian bracelet.. Very pleased.. Best deals after many researches on Hawaiian jewelry. Susan from CA

Visited Maui again this year and had to make my stop at Lahaina Jewelry. Victoria is wonderful and so accommodating when she's helping you find exactly what you want and she did exactly that for me again this year. I love my ring and matching necklace, looking forward to my next visit, maybe something custom made! read more

Love the attitude of the lady helping me - she was a bit of a troublemaker in a comedic way. Purchased a silver toe ring and she was very helpful and funny. read more

The old lady behind the counter was very rude, classist, and demeaning to my family. She also, unnecessarily, insulted public education and the working class Vietnamese community on Maui as if she is too good for them. I was really excited to bring my family in ok y for her to insult them and their own journey to this country. read more

Lahina Jewelry is simply the best!! My wife and I have shopped all the jewelry from Kapalua to Paia And have not found the quality offered here anywhere else. The proprietor, Victoria is knowledgeable, friendly, price conscientious and very fair. If she does not have your size she will get it before you leave the island or send it to your home. We have done Both! One note: the review by PD. Certainly must have been for another shop! One no MEN work at Lahina Jewelry, they do not sell any watches and there has never been any rudeness expressed by the owner. Thank you Lahina Jewelry (Victoria) BILL & Chris read more

I never write reviews, but I had to after my experiences with Tai Doan. Tai was repairing some jewelry for me while I was on Maui, but needed to keep one piece longer and I had to return home. There were circumstances beyond his control that occurred with USPS and Tai worked diligently to fix the problem. In the end it took several weeks, but Tai resolved everything beyond my satisfaction. Shop at Lahaina Jewelry and you can be assured of excellent service. Thank you Tai. read more

Buyer "BEWARE", purchased a ring there a couple of months ago and a chip fell out immediately. I was told the ring had a lifetime warranty, however, I have left many messages on the businesses answering machine and have heard nothing back. Now the answering machine is full....Even if the store is closed for Covid-19, you think they would still like to keep their customers happy with a call back. I am not a happy customer....... read more

Shocked by how unbelievably rude the service is here. Went to purchase a watch for my husband as an Anniversary present. While inside a man called out from the back room if we needed any help. I replied "yes we'd like to look at the mens watches". He yelled "Come back in 15 minutes, we are eating!" And then slammed the door to the back room. We were shocked to say the least. Another customer walked in and this time a women came out from the back room with her mouth full of food and yelled "We are eating lunch OKAY!" Everyone in the store was shocked. Why is this store even open if you don't want customers? Close the front doors and put a sign on it that reads "Come back in 15 minutes" We will never take a step into this store again. Give these people some food. Obviously they are HANGRY!!! read more

First stop every time I arrive in Lahaina. The atmosphere is casual, but I still get surprised when they recognize me. Remembering what I look for, and with each new piece I purchase, my visit, and all the memories they hold, come flooding back. I may only add a toe ring , my first bought on our honeymoon, but I can contest, as can my jeweler here, (cleans them every few months) they are the only jewelry store with such incredible pieces, that don't stoop to the "just for you" price, almost every other store on the island does. They are honest, with prices not inflated for us tourists. read more

I'm writing this review because this is the best jewelry stone in Lahaina Maui for serveral reasons I will name a few and explain my five star rating . 1. The customer service is unmatched by any store in the area and we have been all over the island of Maui. 2. The prices are excellent and affordable. 3. The quality of the jewelry is excellent we have never had any problems with any of our gold jewelry always the best quality. 4. And your your jewelry can be shipped to your home once the size is determined VIctoria really makes it easy to buy jewelry from her we love this store and will always come by and purchase all our fine and hard to fine unique jewelry at Lainaina Jewelry. 845 front street Lahaina Maui Thank you Victoria for being a wonderful person and having quality jewelry Marcus and Debra read more

Loved the shop keeper- kept giving deep discounts. But I bought a ring she claimed was a Marco Bicego ring, but upon googling his rings afterwards on his website (and Saks and other major retailers who carry his jewelry), the branding on the inside is different. His rings say "Made in Italy" on the inside and this does not. I pray I didn't buy a fake diamond ring! Would love the shop keeper to send me certifications to verify validity. read more

Hands down the best jewelry company! We have been going to Maui for 10 years. The first year we went, we stopped into Lahaina Jewelry. We were hooked. The owner-Victoria is amazing. Her daughter Tina works there as well and is so nice. They really care about their customers. The quality of the jewelry is top notch and the pricing is more than fair. We have made purchases throughout the years and am very happy with them all. One of the first purchases we made was a diamond ring. This year, we went back and bought the matching necklace. They are both breathtaking pieces. We have purchased other items like gold rings and charms. If you want something Maui specific, she has a great selection on pieces that feature pineapples, whale tails, flip flops, plumerias, etc. read more

I walked out of this jewelry store because Victoria (which I doubt is her name) was so rude. I wanted a custom pendant with my daughters name on it and she acted like she was so bothered by my questions. Well her loss because I went right over to Lāhainā Gems and purchased my necklace. read more

This place is great. The owner helped me find the right ring at a great price. I had to get the ring resized (to be bigger) and the inner hallmark was removed upon polish. She said that she can get the hallmark back on, so I'll be back tomorrow to get that done. Great service and great selection! read more

We have been going to Lahaina Jewelry for over 15 years. Every year we buy one or two pieces of beautiful jewelry, and Victoria, the gracious owner, helps pick out the perfect pieces. Even when a special event is forthcoming, Victoria will get the piece we want in the store when we return to Maui the next summer. Her prices beat every other store on Front Street. Even though we have run out of fingers, arms, and necks, we still manage to find something wonderful from Victoria. She is honest, respectful, and one of the nicest people in Lahaina. Which brings me to an entry on Yelp dated 4/14 by a PD in San Diego. This woman does not know what she is commenting on: Lahaina Jewelry never sold watches; Lahaina Jewelry never has had a man working for them; Lahaina Jewelry treats customers the way customers should be treated. PD has obviously confused Lahaina Jewelry with another store since there are many stores on Front Street. This review by PD borders on slander and is appalling--and Yelp needs to remove is immediately. PD is confused and Lahaina Jewelry is as good as it gets. Thank you Victoria! read more

Lahaina jewelry is the best, my friends and I go there every time we are in Maui. The owner is a fun loving great lady and is very helpful. The selections are the best on Maui. She has gone out of her way to search for things for me and shipped them to my home. There is no place better. read more

We just returned home a week ago, after 3 weeks in Maui. Every time we go, this shop is always on our list to visit. Victoria is wonderful, and always has time to let you browse. I purchased a pair of diamond earrings, but had to make an exchange for more comfortable ones. She did not hesitate to let me choose what I wanted, and actually got two pair in an equal exchange with her. She is the most reasonable in price, excellent in hospitality, and welcoming. She is a must see when you visit Lahaina!! read more

We have been buying from Victoria at Lahaina Jewelry for over ten years and have never been disappointed with anything we have bought. We have had a couple of pieces that lost stones and she immediately had them repaired with no questions asked. We have bought everything from high end diamonds and Hawaiian Heirloom jewelry to gift jewelry for family and friends and in every case pricing was the best we could find. We were looking for a specific item that we saw at another store and Victoria was able to find it for us and saved us over a $1000 on the items. I can't say enough about her business ethics, she is the best. Over the years we have become more than just a customer to her, we are now family and we feel the same way. Every year we buy something for either anniversary or birthdays or both. Her attitude is friendly and she makes us laugh, but she is always professional in the way she takes care of customers. Any bad review she has received is obviously from another shop and not Lahaina Jewelry. Give her a try and you won't be disappointed. Mahalo Victoria and Aloha. read more

Went to browse here while enjoying a lovely evening in Lahaina with my family. The woman manning the counter was nice at first and we made normal, lighthearted, vacationer chitchat. Then, without provocation or any conversational context, she proceeded to go into pro-Trump spiel complete with insults about the current administration. We attempted to diffuse the topic by not responding to it (we were also quite insulted by her rhetoric, but did NOT want to engage), but turning the other cheek didn't work. At that point we decided to leave, but the woman proceeded to follow us out of the store and down the street while continuing with her pro-Trump rantings at us. It was both frightening and disconcerting; we just wanted to browse at jewelry, not discuss politics. So if we're ever in Lahaina again, we'll choose to shop at the myriads of other jewelry shops instead where hopefully the clerks demonstrate more professionalism and better boundaries with their customers. read more

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Great people, beautiful jewelry, and outstanding service! Must visit!!!

My Wife and i have shopped at Lahaina Jewelry for over 10 years. In fact we have even special ordered from our home in California. Vicki Doan the owner will give you the best price and If she doesn't have the item in her stock tell her what you want and she will have it within 2-3 days if not procure it from another local merchant at less price. Very fine jewelry and FANTASTIC prices. This is a MUST stop for us on every trip to Maui. Shop anywhere but purchase from Vicki! read more
