I was apprehensive at first about going in because anywhere else we probably would've been snubbed for how we looked, but we walked in anyways. We were greeted by Tony who was friendly and offered to show us whatever watch we wanted to see in the case. I had done a lot of research on the Submariner and loved the simplicity and understated luxury of the piece. Tony took the watch out and immediately placed it on my wrist and allowed me to have some time to look and take it in. I wasn't ready to commit to the purchase so I thanked Tony and after he gave us his card, we left. A few days pass and we are back at Whalers Village and again couldn't resist the draw of the watch and went back in. Tony, not missing a beat, immediately went and pulled the Sub out as I approached the counter. Again, I wore it for a few minutes while we discussed more in depth about Rolex and the watches provenance. We were offered champagne while there however after the glass was done, I still wasn't ready to make the purchase so we left. On our third visit, Tony wasn't in the store but we were greeted by his coworker and ushered in to try on the sub again. This time I was ready to make the purchase and wanted to make sure Tony would be able to receive credit for the sale. We were assured Tony would be the one to receive credit as well as see the transaction through in terms of packing and shipping (we wanted it mailed back home due to severe lack of luggage space). We made the purchase and I had it measured and sized before we left, after another glass of champagne we were on our way. Fast forward a few days, the package arrived in perfect condition with the watch resized and ready to go. Thank you Tony, and your team, for being patient with us and making our trip just a bit more special!

I had been thinking about buying a Rolex for some time and while on vacation in Maui with my…read morefiancée and our friends (9/9-9/14), we decided to stop into Baron & Leeds to checkout the GMT and Submariner. Dean helped me out and was really patient and knowledgeable about all the models. While we were there browsing, chatting, and drinking champagne, they were nice enough to polish up our friend's gold Rolex President Day/Date, making the experience very relaxing. I didn't buy the GMT or the Sub that night, and Dean wasn't pushy in trying to get a sale done. He was really laid back and humorous throughout the whole process. We left that night, and I told him that we would be on the island over the next 4 days and that we'll see if we can figure something out before we left for LA. He stayed in contact with me over the next couple days and on the last day I came in to finalize the purchase and I couldn't be any happier. They overnighted the Rolex GMT to my residence (see pic), had no issues with either the transaction or the shipping, and I'm a very satisfied customer. This was my first Rolex purchase and it certainly won't be my last. I look forward to working with Dean and Baron/Leeds in the future! Thanks!

Angelina greeted us and happily showed us the pretty white gold/rose gold necklace (with adjustable length) around her neck! Smart girl! I'm all in for anything shiny and sparkly, so I knew I'd probably be getting a lovely jewelry souvenir from Maui! My cousin-in-law also loves rose gold, and she decided to buy the same necklace! There was only one in the store, so Angelina called the closest Na Hoku to see if they had another available. While we ate lunch upstairs, Angelina walked to the other store to retrieve it! It was the token one left, with no size but it looked big enough to be my size (8) and I tried it and it was love at first sight all over again. I grabbed it... went straight to the register with a big smile -- staff smiled at me and I told him I've been searching for these color all day long. He said he was glad they could help... oh yes =) Anyway, cool spot for all you Sanuk fans and their bikinis/board shorts are a hit or miss depending on the season... that's what the staff said.

Things happen, I get it. The ring finally arrived and it was beautiful. Less then two weeks later, I noticed one of the small diamonds around the band had fallen out. The ring had a "warranty" so we took it to a local Na Hoku in Roseville, CA and they told me not only would it take 13 weeks to be fixed but that it could be considered "normal ware and tear" and might not be covered by the warranty. Normal ware and tear?! I hadn't even had it for two weeks!! And the fact that it would take so long was disappointing. We'd rather just pay for it to be fixed locally with quality in a timely manner. A disappointing event for such an exciting time in our lives.

They were helpful and attentive in helping me, knowing I wasn't going to buy anything. They helped me find the exact right size for my ring, and let me know that I could get a ring guard at Claire's boutique in the mall down the road, and when I showed interest in the beautiful Birds of Paradise necklace they had, she put it on me and answered all my questions. Then she was sweet and still helpful after knowing I wasn't going to buy it. A few other jewelry stores told me there was no way to get a ring guard anywhere, they didn't sell them anywhere, and pretty much were rude and wanted me to just leave their store, even after hearing I was just engaged and wanted help with my new ring! I'm so glad I went in this store, they have beautiful jewelry and charms, and I did find the ring guards they were talking about and was able to wear my new ring while on vacation there. And the other lady who was working in the store went out of her way to be nice to us too, even though she definitely wasn't getting any commission from us that day. Great experience overall. Can't wait to get that $600 birds of paradise charm one day :)

Place had many options for cheap-ER prices and was pretty well maintained, and had pretty cheap…read morespam-musubi. Unfortunately, the service they offered was simply unpleasant. When I returned my unused snorkel gear, the customer service said we had used it because there were faint traces of sand. However, I distinctly remember we did NOT use it whatsoever and whoever used it last was not honest. Additionally, whenever I tried to explain and justify customer service just said vigorously, "There's sand, there's sand..." escalating the situation. After a few minutes, the manager came and phoned the other ABC store location that I bought it from, and eventually we got a full refund. However, we spent 30 minutes getting questioned for something we did not do. All in all, this ABC store was very unprofessional and very rude. Not looking forward to visiting in the future.
