The salesman Gilbert, finance manager, Besian, Felix the sales manager, Steven from trade in, Anthony the service manager and many more aided me in making sure I was able to stick to my tight budget for purchasing a new car. They provided me many options and helped me find car insurance within my budget. They truly took care of me and I am happy to call Interstate Toyota my home base Toyota! Y'all are awesome thank you again for the help even when it got rough! P.S- They have a nice clean waiting area and comfy seating. I have a WFH job and they have secure wifi. I've worked from the waiting area plenty of times. They have many outlets for charging devices. There is a hot self serve beverage station available with Starbucks coffee and teas. There is a water fountain available which is also touch-less to refill your cups! On Saturdays if you know the right person or become friendly with a staff member there is a catered lunch! My previous car was a Toyota vehicle as well and I have been coming since 2023. My parents have been purchasing cars in this specific location since the early 2000s.

He helped me to make the final decision to get the RAV, and made the process seamless and easy to understand. Jesus was a great help as well, as he helped me through the financing and understanding any add ons I chose to add with my purchase (GAP, Extended Warranty, etc). Both individuals made me feel confident in buying my RAV4. The dealership itself is spacious and very clean. All the staff greeted me with smiles and made sure that someone was helping me. The description of the car matched the listing as well, and the price was very fair considering the competition. Overall I had a great experience here at Interstate Toyota, and if you're considering getting a new car I would strongly suggest giving them a chance. I'm sure they will take care of you as they did for me

But I brought to the dealership because of certain parts. Because I am a woman as usual they try to tell you there is more wrong with the car, then there actually is. They supposedly told me what everyone else said was wrong but when looking at the car they told me there was more to be fixed. Which was BS. $5,000 later my car is still not drivable. I've been had and I will never buy Subaru ever again

If you're planning to buy a Kia, I highly recommend asking for Melvyn. He is an outstanding salesperson who genuinely cares about his customers. Don't trust these guys. On the advice of a relative I was told a little trick to keep the dealer…read morehonest....and it worked !!!! I took some clear tape and put it on the hood of the car where the hood meets the fenders. When the hood is opened the tape should be destroyed and removed. I brought my car in and asked for it to be checked over as I was going on a 4 hour trip. They called me and advised me that they had checked the car over completed. They told me that I needed all sorts of things.....a total of over $500 ! I told them to forget about it. I made arrangements to rent a car for the trip. I then went to pick up the car at the dealership. The tape was still there, they hadn't even opened the hood to check the car !!!! BIG TIME RIPPOFF !!!!!

My experience with Englewood Subaru was very disappointing. The salesperson was very pleasant and…read moreprofessional at first, but that changed quickly when I took some time to consider whether the asking price was reasonable for over 10 year-old vehicle. When I asked questions about lowering the price, the salesperson became noticeably frustrated and impatient. He did not make much of an effort to hide his frustration when I declined the offer. I was also concerned when I asked whether I could have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic who does not work for Subaru. Instead of allowing an independent inspection, I was offered a CarPoint check, which I did not consider an adequate substitute for a thorough inspection by an independent mechanic. In my opinion, the prices on used vehicles at this dealership are extremely high and there seems to be very little room for negotiation. Most importantly, the staff should understand that customers have the right to ask questions, negotiate, take time to think, and ultimately say no. If you are going to sell cars, you also need to learn how to handle rejection professionally. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience

When was the last time you took your car anywhere for servicing where some one did not try to up sell you something additional? So in my opinion if you need to buy car that you plan on holding on to until it's not worth repairing buy it from Bellavia and don't forget to buy their extended warranty.l because they stand by it. Yes you might need to wait for an appointment but it is so worth it. James N told me he was just doing his job when he called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. James was awesome!
