I wanted a factory spoiler installed on my 2016 Ford Fusion, after going to ABRA and getting rudely turned away because as the manager said "we dont add parts to vehicles that arent there from the factory", i went to Randy Lanes with my request. Right from the start they did what they could to get me in touch with someone that could get me a quote for the task. They happily discussed the job and made sure that i had the essential materials to do the job (i bought my part elsewhere) right without problems. After providing me with a quote, they immediately scheduled with me a time to drop the car off and get the spoiler installed. On the day of the installation, i was unable to get a ride home from the shop. This meant that i would be stuck sitting there and waiting for the job to be completed. With the vehicle being a drop off they really didnt have a set time to work on it during the day. Luckily they offered to give me a ride home (i live right around the block). They even offered to give me a ride back if i was unable to get back to the shop! Hows that for customer service! Can you say awesome? Lets fast forward to about two hours later. They called me to pick up the car. After looking over the work on my car, i went in to settle the bill. The bill was exactly the amount of the quote. Not a penny more. He instantly came outside and looked at my car and discussed what all things would need replacing. Within a few minutes of him talking and letting me know, I felt confident that he could get the job done and bring my car back to its life after this disaster of an accident that wasn't my fault. Fast forward to some time in the future, I was involved in a small fender bender in the parking lot at work (not my fault again). I instantly took the car to Dave to look at and see what I'm looking at in cost and time frame. Both times, he gave me a true cost, didn't try to overdue anything, advised me on how I should get a rental car and reassured me that he would be able to make my baby new again. Within a week or two later, I called Dave and we set up a good time to get the car dropped off. Once the car was in, he kept me updated on exactly everything that was going on in great detail. While there were obstacles that pushed the original time frame back, I remained confident in Llanfair because they were working their butts off to bring my car back. After 3 long weeks of being without my car, I got the call from Nathan (one of the body techs, very cool guy) that my car was ready. I instantly got happy and nervous at the same time. Once I entered the parking lot and saw my car, my jaw dropped as the sun shined off the Mazda emblem in the front. The entire car was very shiny, very well put together, very clean and extremely beautiful again. I have to say thank you so much to Dave, Nathan and the rest of the crew at Llanfair Auto Body for doing such an amazing job on my car. I was very picky on who I wanted to touch my car and became very excited at the end result.
