She easily could have said that she could save it, and then it go bad again in a few months, which is what she said would probably happen. But she said it was going to need to come out sooner or later. This showed me that she was honest and not after more money. I even asked if she pulled teeth and she doesn't do that either, so she had absolutely no incentive either way. She was kind and patient and I would see her again if needed.

In order to do this correctly, I needed to make numerous daily appointments since there was complexity with the root canal itself. Called in last week and checked if they accepts my daughter's insurance since they are open on a Saturday for a visit. Call went well and was told they will call back when they have one available. So i called my insurance and changed my daughter's dental provider. Called in today and was planning on to schedule one since i have not received a call since. I was told by the woman who answered the call that the Doctor only sees patients on a Friday. I explained to her about the convo i had last week and she further states, based on your daughters insurance the doctor does not see patients on a Saturday. I was looking forward meeting Dr. Amit Dorga for my daughter since i was told by the woman last week that he is great with kids! Unfortunately i would never find out anymore. There is no excellent doctor without an excellent staff, that includes non-clinical members. Trust me i know, i am a Registered Nurse and works in surgery!
