Since we are eating at India Palace (which is in the same plaza) anyway, we brought a laundry basket of wet clothes to throw in the dryer to dry while we have lunch. I have not used a laundromat in over 3 decades, so I cannot comment on prices. This place is very clean and nice, lots of machines but lots of customers as well. Perhaps it is not quite as busy during the week.

Came back to this place because I like that I do not need cash - just load a card worn your credit or debit - Super convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they remodeled, new floors, counters, and machines. Clean, all machines in order, and a live person working to make sure things go well. The bathroom is reserved, under lock (conveniently opens with the card), for customers so it is clean. Will be back next year.

Totally destroyed our new comforter, one large hole in the underside, but the worst part is they dried it at such a high heat they literally melted the stuffing (?) in the inside. I am taking it back to them in a couple days, so I will either update this with great customer service or leave as a place to stay far away from. I also have a video of the melted stuff, but can't add those to yelp apparently. Edit: I went back and she was very apologetic, walked me through what may have happened and gave me my money back. I'm still down a comforter, but it is refreshing to actually have someone admit their mistake.

However, they don't keep up with maintenance on the machines or vending services. I have had machines down for weeks and the vending machine was also down for that time. The latest problem was, that they have stopped accepting debit/credit cards for the last couple weeks. I don't know what century they are used to, but in this century, people actually carrying cash is fairly rare. I put in a complaint this week. I'll see if they are back to credit next Saturday, or if I will have to look elsewhere to get my laundry done.

Dryers are hot and 13-20 mins is good to go even for towels. Carts are readily available. Clean floor if you drop something. Everyone has access to folding area. Bathrooms are clean but need a swipe from an attendant. Vending machines available and reasonably priced. Tv is on low if you're interested, background music is low. Chickens play area. Several walls of washers and dryers. I got 10 loads done in 2 hours! Spendy ok, but have you ever hand washed 10 loads... let's weigh the options here. Detergent is available, bleach, oxi clean, and even laundry bags... all for a small price. Also have drop off service. It is credit card or add dollars to a swipe. My cc didn't like the 10+ authorizations. Definitely a non creepy, bright light, reasonably busy on a Saturday laundromat. Would recommend.

Some of their washers and dryers are big enough to fit both at once which cuts down my time being there. The biggest dryer dries both of my queen size comforters within 45 minutes. I paid $6 for the washer and a little less than $2 for the dryer (it's .25 cents for 6 minutes I believe). Detergent and softener there is $1 each.
