In this day and age, a good website is crucial to your marketing efforts. We partnered with Alter…read moreEndeavors for many reasons. First, their approach is nothing short of spectacular. Nick, Christopher and the rest of the gang know the right questions to ask. Second, with every Tom, Dick and Harry calling and emailing daily about cheap websites, we decided we didn't want to be another "me too" or variant of some template that others seem to push. Every meeting, every email, has been on point and specific to our needs. The follow through is consistent, communication is just the right amount and we do not feel over or under sold. The mock up's. Our site is not quite ready to be deployed, and that is not by fault of them...I have been too busy to come up with my side of the project (content)...that said the mock up's give me chill's. Details....Nick and the gang really know digital marketing and are soooooo much more than a web design firm. They take all aspects into consideration and advise and guide well. Many of their observations and recommendations are area's we hadn't considered and their depth of knowledge is evident with every meeting. In my opinion, buying a website from those cheaper template driven companies, or even designing your own with a "Website" builder is a waste of time and money. In truth, I built my first few websites and it has many flaws despite looking fairly decent...We lack mobile responsiveness (critical today), we lack elements that should be incorporated...we lack a comprehensive SEO...etc.. etc... etc.... Alter Endeavors is fixing all of that, and providing a complete solution from the ground up. Consider this...your time is worth money....spending money on a true expert is worth far more than the upfront cost and the results will outweigh any front end costs. Consider this when choosing a provider. They deserve 5 stars in every regard!!!!

I have evidence of it, in video, Mark admitting he found the images online but he will take them down once we sent him our photos. He did not, maybe he liked his better. Now we are being sued, $10,000 per photo and there are 5 of them. Mark continues to deny it is his fault, even though it is in video from him admitting it. He says we uploaded those, and can't explain why he said on the video that he did... I will be having to sue him now to cover my expenses. I already have fired him due to the ever increasing monthly fees and the fact that if anything happens, it is because I didn't take the extra options I could have paid for... My new website people read his emails and laughed, said they hate seeing people like Mark making a bad name for website companies. I tried to offer Mark to take responsibility and he just kept talking in circles, now the attorneys can handle it. Mark and Stacia talk a good game. They don't back it up and they just want to keep charging more and more for the service, with backhanded threats of what will possibly happen if you don't add this or that service. Feel free to message me, I can play the video for you or give you the name of my new provider that is saving me a bundle every month.

There is no waiting around and wondering what is going on. They keep communication flowing the entire time and check up even after all is said and done. I have dealt with other designers in the past and was not very happy with the way they conducted business or with the final result (even after revision, after revision).
