He said he had a guy that worked with him, he would contact that guy and show up on Saturday. Saturday was a snowstorm. No call no show. Later that same day I decided to call him. He stated he didn't have time to contact the other guy. Ok I asked when he thought he could get here to fix the leak. He stated "next week" I asked which day. ....weekday or weekend.
