His groomer does a fantastic job with grooming him and SPOILS him rotten. My sweet baby gets anxious when going to get groomed and she recommended a medicine that helps to keep him calm where he can be groomed safely. My appointment was for 1pm and when I asked approximately how long it would take she said she was finishing her lunch and would do her best to be done in 45 minutes to an hour. I told her that would be perfect as I had an errand or two to run anyway. Exactly 44 minutes after one o'clock I received a text saying my pup was ready. I picked her up and she looked and smelled great! I had booked her as a "medium" dog, but was told she was considered a "small" dog, so the charge was less. This kind of honesty is what will keep me coming back and driving from another town instead of using a groomer in my own home town that has shown they do not value their clients at all.
