Keep in mind I never spoke to the vet and I had to call them for updates. I was left in dark! Finally the assistant called and gave me an update on 3rd day and told me the dr didn't like how the surgery turned out and that's why they kept him for monitoring. Went to get him and speak to the vet about the surgery waited and hour an a half and never spoke to vet. They sent us home with dog and never spoke with a vet about the surgery at all. Only spoke to his assistant which is the only one who would take time to even speak to me. He spoke to my husband about the bill at a later date (which was $220 higher than the highest estimate we received) and was very rude and a smart ellic. Even lied saying I approved the extra charges and I've yet to ever speak to the man. I've never had an experience like we've had. Will not ever use them again. Office staff would not communicate between vet and the customers. They acted like are too busy to help their customers so I'll take my business elsewhere.
